First time I’ve been in a Crystal Shop. It’s a quiet, cozy, and rewarding little shop. The owner, Tunya, is very attentive, sweet, and super friendly. SHE is extremely informative with any + all questions in regards to anything in her shop. She answered ALL of My endless questions and was not trying to push me into buying anything I didn’t want. The shop and its location is clean, smells good, and filled with tons of vibrant positive energy. I was nervous going in not knowing one thing, or which direction to start- however, I left 100% satisfied. Oh the packaging is so cute also. This shop is such a gem! Pun intended! The owner was in when my friend and I visited. She was so super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the specimens for sale, the fair pricing of the items, and how lovely the atmosphere of the store was. I went for my first visit today and I'm in love! I actually had to put things back because I exceeded my budget, but the owner was super friendly and helpful and works hard to keep everything affordable. She also has a GREAT selection; I've been collecting since I was a kid, and she has rocks that I've never even seen before! I will absolutely be back again, and I can't wait to see what she'll have in stock.
