Sara is amazing! She put me at ease leaving my rescue for the first time. She has a very high fence and chicken wire 3 feet below ground so no one can dig out. We had a meet and greet and it was great! Sara knew I was sad and nervous to leave my pup. Within minutes of dropping her off, Sara texted me with pictures. Every day while I was away she sent pictures and videos, which put me at ease. I looked forward to receiving my daily updates! My dog had a ball, as a matter of fact she was crying and looking back at Sara's when we left! Sara is wonderful! She is sweet. thoughtful and caring. Called Nick at Backwoods to see if he could put some turn signals on my Aprilia. Just before the appointment, the bike decided to have an electrical failure and become my most expensive lawn ornament. Anyways, they picked the bike up, diagnosed it quickly, gave me a "rough" estimate, and was within $100 of that estimate after doing so much more than we originally talked about. Our schedules clashed for picking up the bike so they made special arrangements to come in a bit early to help me out. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore. Bikes now running better than ever and I really cant recommend them enough....

Stopped in to talk to Nick the other day about rebuilding my raptor engine right off the bat I could tell Nick was a good genuine guy who knew what he was doing very friendly and knowledgeable. I would rather take my power equipment to him over big box stores like filers or Maddie's powersports any day. I will 100% be using him again. I also called around to about five different places to rebuild my engine and he was the best priced. He also sells dirt bikes and fourwheelers too....
