You need to know what you're doing as help is SUPER LIMITED to a point 👉🏽and you figure it out.... The lady didn't seem to want to be bothered with us except for checkout. The greenhouse guy was the only one who seemed to care that we were wondering aimlessly and genuinely wanted to help.... I left without the plum tree I was searching for due to lack of assistance as I wasn't sure what tree better suits my needs and really needed help. So if you're new to gardening and not really sure what you're doing this place isn't going to help you figure that out. Certainly will only go back for the 60lbs bags of general all purpose soil.... Then I asked the lady what would be my best options as I'm transplanting plants into my garden and was referred to the most expensive bags instead of this $35 that they so happen to start all of their plants in yet that wasn't told to me I was directed to the most expensive bags instead of the $35 60 lb bag that I actually needed the lady there didn't seem very interested in wanting to help us. I put three stars✨ because of the greenhouse guy he truly tried to help us and I made my purchases because of him and his eagerness to provide us with the help that it was obvious...
Read moreCalled to confirm they had tree we wanted to plant. Manager confirmed in stock starting at 129 and going up from there. Asked what the difference was in price and told the bigger the tree the more it cost. Got to register tag said 199, this was one of two prices 129 and 199( she showed me on her computer only 2 prices and larger were more expensive. I explained above and that this was literally the smallest tree as fit in a car when the other would not come close. Told her I would grab the young lady who helped me, which I did and she confirmed it was in fact the smallest. The tree we bought was literally half the size of the large ones they carry. Get home and look at receipt and of course she still charged 199. Called and spoke with same woman, denies she said larger trees were the higher price, said something about 150 and said we were charged correct amount. They were obviously understaffed and confused but this is just dishonesty or pride as she is unable to admit her mistake.
Fair is fair, the young lady and older gentleman working the outside were very nice, working hard and more importantly...
