Charlie Fox Hamptons — Local services in Town of Southampton

As a parent and taxpayer in this town, I’m honestly stunned this place was ever allowed to operate. Based on what’s been reported publicly, they opened without the proper permits, ignored a cease-and-desist, and continued business until the Supreme Court had to step in and shut them down. And unbelievably, they’re still acting like they have a chance of staying.

I also can’t understand why Southampton would even entertain a weed shop in this spot. It’s right near a school and family neighborhoods — anywhere else and there would be outrage. Meanwhile, other small businesses have to jump through hoops, pay fees, follow every rule, and wait months for approvals. This situation has come across like entitlement over accountability.

No wonder they didn’t last in NYC — if this is how they handle rules and community standards, it makes sense they’d run into problems.

On my trip to Montauk, on the way back to Brooklyn, I stopped by the Charlie Fox store in the Hamptons, NY, and it was definitely worth it. The shop has a thoughtful design and excellent service, which makes the whole experience very enjoyable. I purchased two of their cannabis infused gummies: the Creative version (great for boosting creativity and focus) and the Sleep version (perfect for rest and relaxation).

I really loved the packaging: elegant and modern, reflecting the high quality of the products. The staff gave me clear explanations and helped me choose what best suited my needs. Once home, I tried them, and they truly deliver on their promise: Creative is perfect for moments of inspiration, while Sleep really helps with deep and restorative rest.

I had such a great experience at Charlie Fox, Southampton! 🌿✨ The shop is beautiful, with a modern and welcoming design that makes it feel really special.
