Mixology Clothing Company Westhampton Beach — Local services in Town of Southampton

They have two stores in West Hampton, and my daughter told me she went a few weeks back with her friends and felt profiled while shopping there, even though she made a significant purchase. While my daughter and I were in the area this past weekend we decided to stop and do some shopping. We went into their new store and no one greeted us although we walked in 2 seconds behind two white women who were immediately greeted and asked if they needed any help. We were the only other patrons in there at the time and there were plenty of workers standing around. They did stare at us as we walked and looked around but never a hello, or a smile or anything. Shortly after we went to their main store (honestly just out of curiosity for me at this point because I now will never ever purchase anything at this store), and we were met with the same energy. No hello, no help, just stares as we were looking at items. Their main store was much busier so I can say perhaps they get more of a pass, however it was extremely clear from their other store that none of the workers were interested in helping us. It’s a shame because you never know who has lots of money to spend, and no one should be made to feel like they’re not welcomed to shop in a store. This chain of stores will never get my business or any of my friends or families...

What a great store! The atmosphere, the clothes the girls are so wonderful ! Jenn the manager is amazing. She is attentive , caring and knows her stuff ! There can be 20 people in the store and she makes you feel special ! I highly recommend ages from 17-70 to go on down ! Alexa and the rest of girls are quite amazing as well.
