Came to this theater on March 9th 2024 to watch Dune 2. The movie was great btw, just wish I watched it at literally any other theater.
Only came to this theater because they accepted Fandango gift cards so figured it would be worth a go.
The movie theater food was quite expensive normally that would be an acceptable expenditure as you're paying for the experience however given the experience this theater gave me I would say they're overcharging handsomely.
Prices for me seemed comparable to something like Island 16 which is a premier IMAX theater experience, this theater is anything but that.
The candy on offer had good variety and the size of the food and drinks was good but there was a lot of stale old popcorn That didn't taste quite right.
Chairs are too small in the theater, specifically the width of the chairs but also the distance from one row to the next not giving enough legroom, I would say if you're anything more than skinny or you have longer legs you're going to be quite uncomfortable the whole movie.
The movie was supposed to start playing at 7:00 p.m. instead we sat there and watched previews until the movie started half an hour late, not before of course multiple other patrons got up and left the movie theater because they weren't going to wait that long.
Normally a movie plays right away sometimes there's a 5-minute delay even on rare occasion 10 minutes can be acceptable, but there is no world in which it's acceptable to make patrons show up and then wait half an hour to 45 minutes after the listed start time to watch the movie.
Also the screen is pretty small compared to most movie theaters even other local theaters, about a third smaller than most other local theaters I've tried.
If you're planning on going to see a movie here and you haven't been here before Don't. Find another theater anything would be...
Read moreThe absolute worse,. I was there yesterday, (10/12/2016),with only six people in line in front of me. That is, oner line selling tickets, snacks, and Regal cards. I was in line a half hour, and missed the beginning of the movie.
Several months as ago, I went to see Alice, Pt. 2 in 3D. First, the trailers were playing repeatedly. Then, the trailers froze. Next, sound, no picture. I had to get up three times to inform staff what was going on. FORTY minutes later, we were informed the movie would not be shown. They didn't want to issue a refund; they wanted to give me credit on a Regal Card that I didn't even have. Avoid this theatre; avoid...
Read moreThis theater is old and defiantly shows. We went to see Barbie in theater 4. The advertised show time was 7:15 however they ran commercials through to about 7:25. After previews the movie didn’t actually begin until 7:40, 25 minutes after scheduled start time(I’m less aggravated about the previews but they should start the show at the listed time). The seats are the old small uncomfortable folding chairs. You’d think for a Regal, there’d be upgraded reclining seats but apparently not, especially for $17 tickets. The theater had a speaker that was humming on and off the entire movie. Overall not a good experience and...
