The space is very clean and beautifully decorated. However, my experience was not worth the price I paid. I received a 1 hour facial and I came home with product pilling up all over my face and all over my hairline as well (I didn't notice until I was in the car). I was also left alone for about 10 minutes (2x) while my masks dried, and one ended up burning my skin and I went home with red patches in addition to the product build up (which I know isn't anyone's fault, I just expected different results). I was also told I would be followed up with the next day to ensure my skin had returned to normal-- that didn't happen. My facial was also interuppted by an administrative person asking the esthetician about scheduling for another client, which wasn't terrible but I found it to be unprofessional as I was on the table under the covers.    Read moreSo I was asked to switch my appointment from a Monday to a Saturday which I gladly did. I was supposed to receive a eyebrow wax and Brazilian wax. She pretty much waxed my eyelids. My brows didn’t even look touched, no redness but still unwanted hair everywhere. My Brazilian wax was the worst I’ve ever experienced in the 5+ years I’ve been getting it done. I get them done ever 6-8 weeks so I know how it is supposed to be. I didn’t even let the woman finish.. she did about roughly 40-50 strips on my front, most woman take about 6-8. There’s still hair left down there. I’ve never had a bad reaction but I was so sore and agitated bc she didn’t know how to pull the wax off. I’ve never wanted to run out of a place so fast. I paid ($88 when I shouldn’t have paid anything) and spent the rest of my day trying to pick wax off of myself and then the next day went to European wax center to have someone else fix me.    Read moreBeyond disappointed. Purchased my mom a $100 gift certificate for Mother’s Day. My mom called multiple times, few days in a row, nobody answered the phone. I also tried calling, nobody answered. She finally went down in person to schedule something, thinking they had closed, but they were open. My mom was treated rudely and was told there weren’t appointments available for weeks. I was skeptical for reasons too long for this review, but I believe that because she had already my $100- it was a waste of time to fit my mom in her schedule. I just wanted my mom to get a well deserved facial or massage for Mother’s Day…seems like they need help there, another employee to ease the work load, answer phones and open up more appointments.
