I saw a Jeep a day before my birthday March 11th 2021. I called Tony Spinella a member of my extended family and asked him to do something specifically for me. He under promised and over delivered all the way. Then he did the same for my business partner when he bought a truck the same day. With Tony it was a given he is family. What happened next with the entire Bridgeland experience was and is what sets this local business apart from the rest.

This Jeep has always been a dream of my since high school kid growing up locally. Now I can share my joy of Jeep’s with my wife Jessica and my 4 sons Brayden 17, Liam 6, Mason 3 and Clayton 1. My Jeep experience served me well in this purchase because I will disclose there was an issue with the Jeep when we made the deal. This is why I am making it a point to be as detailed as possible with my review. Please keep reading as you will see why you should buy your next used car at Bridgeland and nowhere else!

Service Department and Bridgeland Partners in customer experience:

First it was Bill in service who went above and beyond to keep me informed as this issue took 4 weeks to fix and I knew and got the feeling from everyone on the team that things would be done right regardless of how long it took. Boy I was right!

Then Mr. Jimmy Finnegan got involved and specifically called me to make it a point to let me know that everything was being handled and this was the day before he went on a much deserved vacation.

Insert my new friend Tom who then took the lead. By the way he is brand new to the Bridgeland team. What a good move that was on Bridgeland part. That is in regards to hiring a guy like Tom. I thought I was going to get my Jeep back one weekend to take to my buddies 40th. It didn’t work out but Tom set me up with car for the weekend that had premium sound system and now he has a friend for life. That’s me!

STAY AWAY!! This is the worst place to buy a vehicle!!

Firstly; they said they couldn’t lower the price so we asked for weather tech mats in replace of lowering the price because my vehicle didn’t come with any. They said yes and they would honor that.

Come pickup times they said my vehicle was in the shop being cleaned while we signed the paperwork. I finally am able to look over it and they threw some dollar store mats in there and then my salesman said “well I’m sorry but we did add mats in there for you”. Well after me complaining I was told I had to purchase them and they would refund me for them. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t seen a dime.

They also said it would get an oil change, fluids topped off and new wiper blades. NONE of that happened. I just had to take it to get new wipers and pay for someone to change the oil because it wasn’t done.

SECONDLY; the only reason I went there was because I have bad credit and I was pre-approved to go to them. So my fiancé and I went and he had to be a co-signer. We filled out the paperwork and we were never told he was the primary holder for the vehicle instead of a co-signer. If that was the case I wouldn’t have EVER went to them.

I didn’t find that out until we re-looked over everything after we were sent home with the vehicle that his name was first on everything.

These people are crooks who just want $$.

Bought a truck here in the beginning of January, my third vehicle in a row from Bridgeland. Bobby D is class act salesperson. Great to deal with!!

In the next couple weeks, there were a few very minor things that showed up with the truck that cause me to call and make an appointment to have them addressed.

I called the service department, and got Courtney. Very pleasant and professional, and got me right in by the end of that week.

Once there, I was greeted kindly by Owen, and all service and repairs I noted were done, or parts ordered for a return trip this week. Courtney was extremely diligent in keeping me well informed throughout the whole process, as I waited (in a surprisingly comfortable armchair)
