I've been looking for a quality used vehicle for several months. I found Tecforce through Craigslist and decided to follow them for a few months to see what, and how many vehicles were being sold. Nicole and Will diligently looked for a truck for me with with what I was searching for. My wife and I took an hour and forty minutes ride west to Bridgeport. We test drove several vehicles, and decided on the 2007 Tundra. After the Tecforce team went through it and made some repairs to some minor things, Tome the service manager, called and said it would be another at least one more day, because he wasn't happy with one repair, so after keeping it and making it right, I received the call to come and pick it up! I decided to ride my motorcycle there and they said they would help load it. Justin and some others loaded it and made sure it was secure. I bought this 2008 Chevy Equinox couple years ago from tecforce and for the past year had nothing but problems. Its been to multiple garages. I literally had to replace the head gasket about a month ago and again I've only had it 2 years. There warranty never covered it. I've taken back to tecforce service department after I had a squealing noise where they tell me the drive shaft needs to be fixed and the back brakes need to be fixed and it's rotted in the rear to the point they can't fix it. Why was this sold to me if it had any indications of rotting? Why did it pass inspection from a different garage recently if it's unsafe like that? still getting knowhere. I tried working with there sales department trying to see if I could trade towards something else but kept getting the run around and very poor communication. I finally decided to just come pick it up and take it home to possibly get a second opinion. I went out to there lot after getting my keys and it would not start... Seriously?... Thank God I got a ride with my mom to pick it up. That was the nail on there coffin and I literally jumped it myself because I never wanted there help after that.
