Creekside Bottle Return — Local services in Town of Sullivan

BEWARE We live very nearby. That’s the only reason that (for almost 12 yrs) we’ve taken our returnables there. Every time we do, we swear it’s the last time. This was the real last time, just now. I could try to list every reason that we have never had anything but a bad experience there, but there are far too many. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, even if it means driving another 20 minutes. My life is too short to have my pleasantries met with a nastiness that only these people can achieve. I guess that’s their goal. I’ll bring my business elsewhere. Please help me put this place out of business by doing the same. There are other businesses that deserve our patronage. Wish I could rate a zero! This is the second time I've been here. Both times I was treated like garbage, call me a glutton for punishment as I went back for a second time! The couple running this return are very rude and not at all welcoming. I had quite a few bags of bottles and cans ( I had tried to call before hand to let them know but the call was never answered.) when my husband and I arrived the we're extremely mad about the amount of bags and gave us terrible attitudes. We were so disrespected we stopped with only 1/4 done and went to HR Decker bottle return. If these people don't want to work then close up! If you don't want large amounts of bottles put a limit somewhere on your website or building! But don't treat your customers like problems, we're (your customers) keeping you running! Shame on both of you! Never going back and will never recommend!...

The worst bottle return place. I've put up with rude people when returning my bottles, but never this bad. I've been here 3 times, this was my last time going. I normally come with lots of bottles. Just being polite, I said "how you guys doing", the guy never even looked at me and the women scowled. If your caught up in a count at least smile and nod your head. These people are old and it looks like they had a couple of hard core drug using decades.
