So disappointing. My husband and I kept seeing the sign in their window for “Handmade ice cream sandwiches”, with a picture of vanilla ice cream sandwiched between two amazing-looking chocolate chip cookies. One day we finally had to go in and try one…and it was nothing like the picture 😡 Instead of chocolate chip cookies it was just a typical, mass-produced rectangular ice cream sandwich like you buy in the grocery store with those mushy, “chocolate” wafer things on either side. It was even wrapped in the white paper, just like grocery store ice cream sandwiches. But the price was, of course, way higher than you pay in the grocery store. We were so disappointed. Went in at 5:30 to get some chocolate and was asked if I needed help, I said no just looking because I haven’t been in there in years. So I walked by the counter and she stopped and was staring at me and I said I was still looking and she said well we are getting ready to close ! They are open till 6 so I walked out.
