Worst Customer Experience Ever – Avoid Midnight Liquor!
I had the absolute misfortune of visiting Midnight Liquor today, and I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and downright disrespectful the owner is. As a bourbon collector and enthusiast, I was excited to check out this new store in town. That excitement vanished the moment I walked through the door.
I was immediately met with hostility from the owner, who bluntly asked, “What are you doing in my store?” That’s not exactly the warm welcome you’d expect from a business trying to attract customers. When I calmly explained that I was a bourbon collector looking to see what they had in stock, he continued to interrogate me in a condescending and aggressive tone, as if I didn’t belong there.
It didn’t stop there. He rudely told me to leave and made it very clear that I was not welcome—for absolutely no reason. His behavior was unprofessional, offensive, and completely unacceptable. I’ve been to countless liquor stores as part of my hobby, and I’ve never been treated with such arrogance and disrespect.
If this is how the owner treats customers, I can only imagine the toxic environment he creates for his staff or how poorly the business is managed overall. Midnight Liquor doesn’t deserve your time, your money, or your support. There are plenty of other stores in town with friendly, knowledgeable staff who respect their customers. Take your business to one of them—you’ll be better off. Midnight liquor is a hard pass. Don’t waste your energy stepping foot...

It's the best liquor store I've ever been to because, not only do they have a great selection at an amazing price, but I could walk there in 5 minutes from my house and they usually have the same people working, so I've gotten to know quite a few of them in the 3 years I've lived here.
