I had pulled into the parking lot and was going to go through the drive through but I got a phone call and the parking was. I was away from the door and one of the employees got out of her car alongside of me and started yelling at me. Because I wasn't parked between the lines. my car was not turned off and I had planned and backing out and going through the line When I was finished with my phone call. She stood in the parking lot, yelling and screaming at me and told me that I was not welcome there because she worked there. In all fairness after my call i yelled back at her. I called into the store and asked to speak to a manager, and i've got this really snotty girl who proceeded to tell me that she was just going to check the the camera footage. Read moreI seem to have problems at many of the Tim Hortons locations I visit. I ordered a meal combo for my wife, drink, sandwich and chips. We substitutes a pop for a hot tea. I orders just a sandwich for myself. The lady handed us the hot tea first and went to get the food. My wife asked that I let the lady know the tea was barely warm, let alone hot. They said to keep the warm tea that they couldn't take it back, but gave us another. She then handed us our food. Missing the chips... Asked for the chips and off we went. A couple minutes down the road, my takes a sip of the second hot tea, no different than the first, warm at best. On 3/7/24 at 5:40pm I drove through with my son, and the attitude and response I received while ordering was so positive, I commented to my son about it. Often at a drive through, the vibe is one of 2 things: either this person dislikes their job, or my order is going to be wrong. This was quite the opposite. The experience continued at the window, as the 3 young ladies working were polite, professional, and made it a small experience worth commenting about.
