Dollar General — Local services in Town of Triangle

Went to Whitney Point location and it was awful. Blocked lanes, emergency exit blocked by shipping racks, and no inside handle on the rest room door causing my child to get scared because they couldn't get out not knowing the latch was duct taped so it can't latch (Real safe to have a rest room that you can't secure). Then we get to the check out. Customer service is non existent!! 3 lanes open until people lined up to check out then they dropped to one register open. The line stretched from the front corner back past the food lanes then turned 90* and went the width of the store back to the Halloween candy. Overall a good store, but tolerating customers without masks. I know they don't get paid enough to risk being shot by a deranged anti-mask activist, but it creates a dangerous environment for older customers or those who may be at higher risk. One clerk said his mask was under his nose because he smokes (lung irritation is a risk factor for contracting illnesses). The cashiers name was Andre. He was so kind and polite, smiling and singing along to the music. He thanked a Vietnam veteran ahead of me for his service and was genuinely pleasant to everyone who came through the line.
