Two experiences with this place. First, I told Loretta I was experiencing uncontrollable shaking in the middle of the night that led to vomiting. I believed I was having mild seizures. I told her everything in detail thinking she would help me solve my issue. Or at least point me in the right direction. She did testing and ultimately said I was fine. That was it. She did not write me a referral to a neurologist or quite literally do anything to help me. These episodes continued on for years. My father asked his neurologist if there was anything they could do and he was told I needed a referral to see them. So now I have to restart the process all over again. All because Loretta simply didn’t want to write one or whatever her reason was. I think laziness but I digress. Second incident, when I was 18 years old I decided to get off birth control due to the fact I was on it for 4 years and wanted to regulate my menstrual cycle. The reaction I got from Loretta was disgusting to say the least. She mocked me and told me I was making a mistake by not getting the depo shot that day. She used herself as an example and said “ I am on it and I don’t have any problems.” I stood my ground and never went back due to her lack of professionalism. I ended up bleeding for 4 months straight and had numerous problems that were caused by the depo shot. I’m happy I stuck with my decision and didn’t listen to somebody who only wanted a check. Receptionist is very rude. This place has made me feel so out of place and uncomfortable. Never get call backs. On hold forever. Loretta seems great but all other works seem very unprofessional. They never seem to know what is going on even after explaining so many times and after so many visits..always having to re explain what is going on and why I am needing to be seen. I've only had problems with this place and cause more stress then before the appt for what I am being seen for. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could. My daughter was just seen for a hearing test that she failed and when I called they have nothing about it. Other daughter had a school physical and they said she was never seen for a physical and argued with me about it..same day I found the physical papers and proved to them my daughter did indeed have a physical. Stay away from this place...at least for me and my family anyway as we have been treated...

Receptionist is absolutely atrocious. She is rude, snide, uncaring, and the least helpful person I've ever met. Her customer service skills are lacking in every area it can be lacking. She went as far as to throw my nephews paper work on the floor right on front of my sister as if it were trash. For being a family practice this is the least family oriented Doctors office I've ever encountered. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Do better and be...
