I came to get work done on the electrical wire, where the glad hand is attached. I came over to this location in the mid-afternoon 12:40 pm. There wasn't any trucks in the bays, or work orders on the wall. The service guy told me that there were 2 other orders in front of me (ghost trucks). I called several times, and sat in front of the shop to ask about availability to get in. Now, all of a sudden. There were 6 trucks in front of me... How is this possible? When, I came there before those other trucks had checked in. The service guy said, they already had my parts available to fix the box. This guy finally calls me in the bay. (10 mins later, He left) It was 335 p.m. and when I did get some work started. It took the mechanic almost 2 hrs, just to come replace the middle box. After, all of that... it took another 45 minutes to make paperwork with a ridiculous over priced amount (labor cost). 😒 Truly they were being petty with me and it showed up. When I came in to make the payment. No one wanted to help me, they ALL walked off. I never said anything or had any type of physical attitude. I only asked, how much? No answers, or reply. Until, another customer came in, and now they all want to ask me what do I need. SMH!!!!!!!!! It's such a shame that individuals can & will try to play these types of games with me. For this Petro TA service center. My money will not be spent with you ever again. Continue with your negative energy towards (black) women and see how far that goes. You lost a loyal customer...

I checked in at the service center at 11:00 AM for a simple oil change, and was told by a very rude young lady at the front desk that it would take about an hour. After 2 hours, I asked again and was told, “We’ll call you when a bay opens.” I waited 3 full hours, watching as bays sat idle and no work was being done — people were just sitting around.
At check-in, I clearly told her I had a pickup at 4 PM and needed to leave by then. But after 3 hours of waiting, she had the audacity to tell me that I’d need to wait another 3 hours with no guarantee of when they could get to my truck. When I asked why, she responded in a completely unprofessional and dismissive tone, saying “You can leave.”
I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I left quietly. But I will never return to this service center as long as that young lady is working at the front desk. Her attitude was completely unacceptable, and the lack of organization or respect for customers’ time is beyond frustrating.

Read moreNot sure how this shop even has 3.7 stars. My experience was horrible. I witnessed an entire shift(literally) take the whole day (8:30-5:30) to change 2 tires. I believe they were having trouble with the tire size and the rim(it was a complicated tire size) which is understandable but an entire day? Everyone that called or came in for service was denied because they had 2 trucks to work on (mine and the truck with the complicated rim & tire).
So I have been waiting all day for them to finish the rim and tire. I checked in at 8:30 and I was 2nd in line. I am still here at 6:00 because they just finished the rim and tire job (which was the only job they had today because I was 2nd in line).
I understand it is hard work and no one wants to work for low pay...
