October 1st the most horrible disgusting customer service I have ever had. So me and my friends were all going bowling.whem we got thair, all we hard was what u want in a discussion. the man working the front was very kind, and we had a great time bowling! the bar tender on the other hand, put a damper on our night. she was rude and short with us. i tried picking a drink on the menu board, she doesn’t have it. my friend asks if she has a particular drink, no.. i inquire about a different drink on the menu board and she then tells me she doesn’t have ANYTHING on that menu.. being that i recently turned 21, i asked for drink recommendations. she didn’t give a single recommendation. based on this interaction, i won’t...

Extremely rude owner. The don't care about customers having a great experience. Owner/Manager was too busy drinking beer to help us with a broken lane.

Update: Took almost a year for the owner to respond to my review and they wonder why they don't remember me. I can 100% assure you that the owner/manager was drinking and didn't care at all about the customers. I have not been back in the past year and with this attitude I don't plan on going...
