Unfortunately . My coffee was made wrong about 10 times in a row . When I was kind in my complaints and paid in full and tipped well in cash but with no time for a remake as I run 3 business . Thinking it was a new hire I kindly asked to speak with a manager : to which I was replied “ I am the owner; and I have made your order how you requested it “ I take espresso & milk . Yet my cup was always filled with a heinous amount of caramel syrup .
Again owning 3 business myself, my customer, happiness and requests are at the forefront of my business model. Without a happy customer - how can you run a business properly. Read moreIt was my first trip to Paula's coffee shop. I heard about this from a friend of mom. The atmosphere was nice, they played music. I haven't heard since I was young. I really liked the old pictures upon the wall, definitely a nice added touch. I ordered a rainbow bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese. I also had a loaded bagel called the French toast: with maple syrup, whipped cream, and cinnamon powder. It had a wonderful taste. It's something I would definitely order again. Perfectly toasted bagel with the right amount of toppings. They have other flavors of loaded toast/bagel, which sound good as well. My coffee choice was Sumatra. Next time, I will try a house blend. Also ordered the spinach, egg, and bacon bites. Which were delicious. A creamy texture, you can taste the bacon and spinach. And a cinnamon muffin, served warm. You can definitely taste the cinnamon.
So if your in the mood for some good coffee and food, definitely...

Not being from the area, it was interesting to read. They always have a special coffee of the day but you can customize a beverage however you like and they’ll make it for you. Even if you see a past coffee of the day posted online, you can still request it and they’ll make it for you.
