I work for an elderly lady and she rents from here, been with rent a center for many years…. She originally signed her contract and they never told her that there was going to be benefit plus inside there. They just gave her a price and told her that she had to pay it when I explain to her about it she did not want to have the benefit plus so she called and I called and told Rent-A-Center that she did not want to pay for that so they took it out and told us that she was never paying for the benefit plus when we checked her statements, it was showing that she was being charged an extra charge on top of her original payment, she tried to get her money back and they kept coming up with excuses and not being able to help her. She’s been lied to by not only the manager, but the district manager been told different things I mean come on just give the lady her money back….. Which confused me because I had the bed 3 days not a week. So I made the payment anyway as to not be late. So this far 2 payments and I've had the bed 1 week 3 days. Today they call about a payment when I explain the above he rudely tells me they are short staffed its just him and Kendra so they processed it before it was delivered since they are short. Normally it's delivered quicker. Ok. But why am I paying a week and half ahead when I haven't had it two weeks yet I inquire. This has got to be the worse one that I have ever had to do business with.First they delivered a couch and broke my hallway light, then just left it there without telling me they did broke it. they also damaged my doorframe! Now they did give me the things to fix the doorway, the manager here is horrible! She is rude know one even apologized for the damage.
