I was looking for a particular set of Woodstock chimes and the manufacturer was out of stock. I found them online at Fitzula’s gift shop. I am always nervous about shopping online at a store I have never heard of, so I checked reviews around the web and they were overwhelmingly positive and I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did! Ordering on their website was a breeze and even though I placed my order on a Sunday night, the chimes arrived within two days. Both the price of the chimes and the shipping cost was very reasonable. The chimes came in the original Woodstock Chimes box which was well packed in an outer box with plenty of padding materials and they were exactly as described. As a bonus, I enjoyed reading the history of this lovely family owned shop on their website. In these difficult times it felt good to be able to support a well run small business. In this day and age where some things online are too good to be true, this place is the real deal! I found some items I’ve been searching for for years on Fitzula’s website. I have been scammed before when looking for these items so I called to be sure and talked to the actual owner before the store even opened! He was so helpful and kind I placed my first order right away. I got it all safely packed and as darling as I had hoped in time to display for Christmas. Just placed my second order and can’t wait to get that box from Fitzula’s of New York here in wintry Utah! Highly recommend for that small shop friendly feeling online....

I had been looking for the Ganz silver sand dollars for TWO, almost THREE, years and finally found them here. Ordering online was easy BUT I made several mistakes — because I wasn’t wearing my glasses — in the shipping address, my email address, etc. I was panicked!
