Dave the owner is a awesome man who is out to help people. We were visiting Washington island for the first time and had issues with our motorcycle. Dave’s garage helped us out. We lost power to our bike and called Dave’s garage in the evening when they were closed. They answered the phone and came out to help us when we were stranded. They looked at our motorcycle first thing in the morning and had us on our way by noon the next day. Nice to see customer service still exists and people who take their job seriously. Simply amazing! My boyfriend and I were on Washington Island the weekend of September 15-17 and kept passing Dave's Garage the whole weekend. Saturday night we found our tire pressure low, so we filled it up at the gas station on the island. Then Sunday morning when we went to the car to get ready to go home, we found it flat. I called Dave's Garage, and even though it was Sunday, and technically closed, he answered the phone and was able to help us fill up and fix the tire, so that we could be on our way back home. We called Dave when we were in need. We had a flat bicycle tire and he offered to try to fix it even though his speciality is automobiles. When we weren’t successful he drove my husband and I and our two bikes back to the ferry, all at no cost.
