This review is for Dawn Stevens at CES. We are customers of CES after we bought the house from a previous owner/customer and continue to have CES provide us with propane. However in the past year or so we have had several issues with the propane tank and service which required me to contact CES with questions about the service. However each time I am on the phone with the person whom I shall not name at CES I did not have any pleasant or assuring conversations and nothing constructive ever came out of the phone calls. I decided to shop around for options. Meanwhile the need arises for me to call CES but this time I asked for someone else to talk to. Dawn Stevens called me back later and for the next 30 minutes or so we went over our issues and concerns we have with our tank and with the service and how unhappy I am and that I am shopping around. Not only was Dawn sympathetic and concern with our issues, she went above and beyond by providing me more information about the previous lease, the new lease which we will be signing, arranging for a technician to come and repair the faulty gauge, review and readjusted the pricing (which was high) to a lower rate and schedule (next scheduled refill is at end of July) a refill in the next few days after the gauge is repaired or replaced. And she did it WITH a friendly and accommodating disposition and voice. So why wasn’t I accorded the same customer service with the previous person???? Regardless Dawn really came through for us and I was convinced we should stay with CES for another year. Much thanks Dawn! You deserve Employee...
   Read moreBe mindful of deceptive billing practices. If you want a tank buried they will provide you unfavorable terms and minimum annual spends. I even offered to give them the account for a generator tank on the property as a showing of good faith to help hit minimum. To add salt to the wound even if your tank isn’t empty and you have a minimum spend they will charge and not deliver if the trip isn’t for a certain amount of fuel.
Shopped around gave account to PARACO. They’ll sell you tanks no strings attached. Be your own advocate, shop around.
I’d be curious to see the math on how servicing the generator tank 100 feet away is any quantifiable different then servicing one ‘under contract’ .

   Read moreInzrit came out this morning to deliver propane. Since we were worried about a leak, he took the time to test for one while answering my brother’s questions. When he found one he took the time to remedy it and explained how my brother could test it himself monthly. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Later this afternoon Chris C showed up stating they had noticed an issue with our sensor, that the connection was intermittent and he replaced it. All the while, just like Inzrit, he explained everything to my brother so we understood what was going on and answered every question. He also was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
