First and foremost, Zain arrived late, without any prior notice or apology for the delay. He seemed disinterested and disheveled, lacking any semblance of professionalism. I immediately had doubts about his abilities, but I decided to give him a chance since I desperately needed the repairs done.

It was as if he had no regard for the cleanliness of my home. The floor, the walls, and even the sink were left in a filthy state after he was done.

I recently bought a used Stenner pump that he advertised on Marketplace. I am a retired guy and was hoping to save some money with the holidays approaching by buying used rather than new. I had asked him if he could demonstrate it working before I took the ride to make the purchase, but he said he could not since it requires a 220 outlet. However he assured me that it worked properly. So, I took a chance and bought it. Unfortunately, when I hooked it up it would not function properly. Despite advising him that It malfunctioned he maintained that he had tested it and it worked fine, and refused to take it back and issue a refund. Obviously, if it worked I would have no reason to return it. (I am now curious how he tested it if he couldn't plug it in some and show it working for me). Unfortunately, I took him at his word, and not only am I out the money for a unit that doesn't work, I will probably have to spend much more now for a new one. I guess I should not have trusted his word. What a despicable human being to take advantage as he did. I would recommend anyone think twice before hiring him or buying anything from him. Zain is a life-saver: we have a rather complicated rainwater catchment system that depends on a sump pump moving rainwater through filters into holding tanks. At some point this winter, the pump died and took with it an automation panel. Zain helped me diagnose the issue on the phone determining the kind of new pump we needed, and additional parts to get to restore the system. He arrived on time early in the morning the very next day, did the job within the estimated timeframe, and improved the original installation with a much neater setup. He took some time to explain the repairs and to get familiar with the rest of the catchment system. He even had a couple of minutes to help me replace a tube light that was looking like it was on its last legs!
