The battery died due to leaving the low beam headlights on))) The car had a jump starter, but since the battery was practically new, the best option would have been to immediately charge it on a stationary charger. I came to the center of one of the well-known chains in the States for the sale of auto parts. I handed over the battery for charging, free of charge, since I was listed in their database as a regular customer. A few hours later I returned to pick up my newly charged battery. The âpatientâ was immediately carried out by two seemingly very diligent and compassionate workers of this center and immediately told me that he was âincurably illâ and it was necessary... Be sure to buy a new battery! I demand that the tester check the battery performance in front of me and confirm that they actually put it on charge. The check shows an almost full charge and an output voltage of 14.6 V!!! Two pairs of surprised eyes guiltily lower their gazes to the floor, without waiting for my âwhat a F@C#â, apologize and go to the back room with sour âscoreboardsâ... Oh an BTW if you dont know that Mazda makes the Miata, then please get the heck out of the auto industry now! If a employee of one of the largest auto parts store in the nation has to ask me who makes the Miata, a vehicle that litterly has sold over 1 million cars in 20 years, just go away. Auto zone please stop hiring these people it makes your customers lose faith in...

As soon as I asked for help he started shaking his head at how this is not possible. On a previous visit, I asked if you charged batteries, and he said no, however, the sign on the window said otherwise. And he is quite short and snippy on customer service, I feel as if he wants me to hurry and leave. I would greatly like to talk to the regional manager and would send my contact information. It seems as if everyone in the store knows it but can't do anything about it. Just a deep underlying tone, who knows maybe it's OK! Whos...
