Coach Sports Bar — Restaurant in Town of Webster

So I arrived at 815pm for the panthers broncos game. With one bartender on a 50 plus year old woman working I knew there would be a wait as it was busy with maybe 30 customers throughout the establishment. I was served at 827pm I know this because that's when my recipe was printed however this was after she chatted with a few regulars all while not pouring anything for them. I ordered 2 drinks and a cheeseburger wrap. At 912pm I was served food. After I asked twice for the bartender to check on it. I got to the point of saying. I'd like my money back now keep in mind I paid cash. So the bartender who was clearly out manned (shame on the manager for not staffing properly) came back with the food saying you're being comp'd while not handing me any money back. So now bewildered by the treatment I received, I against better judgment say with an attitude great I paid cash so where's that. So now she takes the food back throws me my money and with all the sarcasm in the world "have a good night". So now I ask for the owner who turns out was the guy who took my order originally! What a plot twist we have. So I ask if I'm being comp'd why was my food taken. He then goes well you yelled at my server to which I laughed and said go ask the 4 people i was standing next to what they heard. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. So he turns and goes back to the kitchen and I give up realizing the density of this bars employees and leadership. So now after my friend who has been served his food ordering 30 minutes after me. The owner comes out and throws the food in front of me in a to go box. So I say thank you. He replies with ya sure. Bottom line awful experience which sucks as I grew up in Webster and still live there. They will have no support from locals if this continues as me and 3 others left to go to Buffalo wild wings where I was served at a guarantee of 15...

Went in to see the Bills game with some friends I live in the area so I thought this would be a nice neighborhood bar to go to boy was I mistaken as soon as we got in there was 4 of us we were looking for a place to sit & order food & drinks there was no were to sit while people stared at us like we walked into the wrong living room we started to think maybe we should go somewhere else while heading towards the door a male waitess approached us & asked for our IDs mind you we are not at the bar not asking for a drink but headed for the door we explaine that we don't plan on staying long just wanted to wait for a commercial to move on to the next bar he continued to press for our IDs while other people walked in without a problem people at the bar getting served drink even were not being asked to show ID but we were for just standing there needless to say we show our ID just to get this guy off our backs 1 of our friends who does not drink did not have an ID so he goes on to say they will not be served sir we were never asking to be served in this establishment mind you we are all people of minority we did leave at this point which he followed us to the door lol we went right across the street to Filling Station where we were welcomed & seated immediately had an amazing server named Nelson he made us feel right at home from the terrible experience we just went through Filling Station has great service food drink & atmosphere the people in there were even awesome made some new friends don't waist your time at...

While I Understand the importance of ensuring the law is followed, I was extremely disappointed to come from out of town to be instantly denied service upon sitting down at the bar. There should be procedures set in place To decipher fake IDs from real ones. I again understand that as a precaution you need to do what is best for your business, however my night was ruined by being instantly humiliated and shooed away just for being from out of state. I am staying within walking distance from your establishment and now have to find another place while I am here. My Friday night has been ruined and I will not be coming here again once moved in...
