Owner has always been rude (I've gone here many times over the years), but this time he was insufferable. I was looking at the "religious crap" necklaces he has (his words, not mine; I'm going into the seminary and just wanted to treat myself a little), and he made it clear a "kid like me can't afford a GOLD, $600 necklace (they were gaudy and ugly, I wouldn't have even paid half that). Told me he can't help extend my watch and I have to "go to the manufacture's website and special order it" (I found a three pack on Amazon for not even $10). Only thing he did was sell me a WAY overpriced chain (should have gotten that on Amazon too, I guess, I paid $75 for a simple, silver chain). Will never be back, save your time and money and go to Kay Jeweler's down the road in the plaza, they are much more helpful and polite!
PS, did I mention he also gave me a speech about how "it's a terrible time to go back to school because of Biden destroying the economy" (yes, this was only a couple weeks ago). Can't go anywhere without someone getting political, but it's extra sad when it's the business owner clearly trying to...
