Owner has always been rude (I've gone here many times over the years), but this time he was insufferable. I was looking at the "religious crap" necklaces he has (his words, not mine; I'm going into the seminary and just wanted to treat myself a little), and he made it clear a "kid like me can't afford a GOLD, $600 necklace (they were gaudy and ugly, I wouldn't have even paid half that). Told me he can't help extend my watch and I have to "go to the manufacture's website and special order it" (I found a three pack on Amazon for not even $10). Only thing he did was sell me a WAY overpriced chain (should have gotten that on Amazon too, I guess, I paid $75 for a simple, silver chain). Will never be back, save your time and money and go to Kay Jeweler's down the road in the plaza, they are much more helpful and polite!

PS, did I mention he also gave me a speech about how "it's a terrible time to go back to school because of Biden destroying the economy" (yes, this was only a couple weeks ago). Can't go anywhere without someone getting political, but it's extra sad when it's the business owner clearly trying to...

Went in this morning to have my rings resized for the (3rd) time in a month! Never done correctly to begin with ! Charged each time time to resize, when it's the establishments responsibility to know their craft. They were both to big each time I came back in. Owner said I was cold! I ask for specific size, he refused, and literally began to verbally attack me! Beyond Rude! Insulting!! Owner refused me service, or refund....

Had some issues with service at this spot — the owner who took my necklace was oddly sharp/combative in telling me that there’s lots of people in front of me and the simple repair would take 7-10 days, almost like he was annoyed I was there.
