Probably the worst pawn shop experience I have had so far. I got to the shop and had to call him because he was at the smoke shop next door and we ended up doing buisness in the smoke shop. I didn't get to see anything he was selling or any of his pricings. It is advertised as a place that would buy multiple types of things but the guy (he didn't introduce himself) was pretty clear that he only buys gold, silver, and the best electronics. No copper, bronze, titanium, platinum, palladium or any other metals. Solid gold or silver only, no plated jewelry. The very first review is 5 stars about how it was a great place to buy knives and the moment I tried to sell him any knives/daggers he told me that he sells his stuff on the Facebook market and that he does not associate with weapons because they get taken down and do not sell. No interest in any minerals, gems, or jewels including diamonds, no interest in art pieces, no interest in collectables, no interest in hand-held consoles, no interest in coin type pieces because he has "no coin dealer", no interest in cards of any kind, I tried to sell a $75 speaker from Wal-Mart but the brand wasn't high-end enough. Took one look at a basically new 3ds and was like "we don't buy these" like bro you know for a fact you advertised like you did. The one respectable thing he did was offer to test the gold purity of one bracelet but he diminished the act by trying to get out of it and just calling it 10K gold. I brought 3 one of a kind items and none of them fit this guy's view of "value". I say all of this as a word of caution to anyone who sees the advertising and assumes this place/the owner can do more than they really can. Edit: I'm not associating in the future. You need refuge from 80 degrees, expect pure gold, and can't update your own website. Tbh I think selling to your business would be supporting unhealthy...
Read moreThis place doesn't know quality merchandise. I brought in a few things and they low-ball the hell out of you. I understand they have a business to run but the prices offered on items are extraordinarily low. They offer cash biased off websites like eBay and craigslist. Well of course those prices are low. I could post a 60 inch TV for a dollar but that doesn't mean that's what it's real value is. With that being said the items being sold should be sold the same way. But its not that way. If it were that way then there wouldn't be such a markup on items. The prices are about three times what you would typically find on those types of websites. Places like this hopefully will go out of business. By the way I know I don't have to go there and I will no longer waste my time with this place or any other of its type. I will advise anyone who asks me were to go to buy stuff to avoid this place at all cost and I will do so by any...
Read moreCalled and asked if they would take a computer and he asked me what size hard drive and the processor and I told him I'll call him back and find the papers and let him know all the information. Asked me how much I would want for it I said about 50$ he said why don't you turn it on I said because we have a brand new computer all hooked up and it would take me a while. To get this one hooked up. Then he said I'm good on it because I was basically taking to long. Worst service I have ever had from a pawn shop. Disrespectful owner. He basically told me to F**K off because I was going to call him back and tell him all the information he needed. Would not reccomend this place to anyone and going to tell all my friends and family to never go here. Posting on Facebook and Twitter also. P.S when he answered the phone all he said was hello and didn't even say bye basically just hung up because he has no patience and hates his job/life...
