I would have given 5 stars because I do for the most part have good experiences here. However, last week I had gone inside to pick up an online order because I had gotten a notification that my order was ready. So I went inside and there were 2 people who were ahead of me and I was next. A man, obviously a regular walked in after me and the girl behind the counter told me to “hang on hun, I’ll be right with you “. She then proceeded to go and give all her attention to the guy who came in after me, helped him pick out stuff and rang him out. She then took me, and all she had to do was turn around and grab my order taking a whole 20 seconds. I’ve tried to not let this bother me, but every time I’m thinking of making a cannabis purchase I’ve been tending to go to East Leaf or 716 because I felt really insulted by the treatment I got that day. I felt like it needed to be brought to someone’s attention and besides that one time, I had a good experience! I would first like to say how professional everybody was, and the huge selection of commercial cannabis products. I’ve been to other dispensaries in the area that are not professional in so much as they just say anything to try to get you to buy something. But not the staff at Devils Lettuce. It was clear to me that the staff there are educated about their commercial cannabis offerings with very welcoming, relaxed atmosphere/vibe. None of the people I talked to were pushy, which I cannot say about the other dispensaries in the area, that seem to be a bit more of a younger obnoxious and pushy staff. Upon graduating law school, I initially started practicing commercial cannabis regulation. This is the way a dispensary is supposed to be run. Kudos to Devils Lettuce. Went there a little while ago and I am definitely gonna go back there. Took my friend & neighbor Robert (84 years old) because he still enjoys his “flower” lol. Talked with “Moe” (Very sorry if I spelled that wrong, but she did say “Like the Simpsons Bartender” lol) and she was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and helped my buddy Robert out. I didn’t get to comb through all of their products, but they definitely have the room to add more if they so choose. Nice to see an ATM there and plenty of parking.
