So I pull through the drive-thru I order the same hamburger no matter where I go so I know I was correct in my order. Two double hamburgers mustard ketchup pickle onion extra pickle. I do not know what comes on the hamburger normally it's not listed on the menu normally because it's not listed on the menu and I'm not a mind reader. I get up to the window to be served I look at my receipt and it says nothing about onions just double pickle. A guy working the window who was dressed like a manager said he will fix it then he comes back with onions and a cup and says here you go I said no I'm driving I can't stop to put onions on my hamburgers I want them the way I order them, he said pull forward and wait it'll be a few minutes I waited over 8 minutes nothing! I walked in and asked about it and this tall man working behind the counter with dreadlocks told me I didn't want my order so they didn't make it and I said no sir you are uninformed the gentleman at the window told me it would be a few minutes to fix to pull forward and they would bring it to my car. The guy with the dreadlocks continued to argue with me when he wasn't part of the conversation to begin with then he said I didn't order onions at all he wasn't even part of the original order of the girl taking the order at the first window was. Finally this other girl comes out a red-haired lady, she was very helpful and kind told the other guy to please be quiet and leave the area and he still kept running his mouth making noises like somebody being stupid like a child, I thought it was very rude and inconsiderate and I didn't really appreciate it at all I told him he didn't know anything about customer service and I told the girl I probably could run this counter blindfolded with one day's training which is true. I'm just a hard worker that believes in customer service. Ultimately the girl hooked me up. She was very kind. I apologized I got my food. The 1st time I didn't say anything because I always try to give a free pass on something small. However yesterday was unacceptable and I definitely won't be returning to this location again! I ordered 4 whopper meals and a 4 piece mozzarella stick. All w/cheese 1 no tomato, 1 pickle and lettuce only 2 regular. 1 meal was going to have an onion ring the other 3 were fries. My bill came to almost $70, I didn't think anything of it because I just got done working but as soon as I got home and I told my wife, she knew right away that something wasn't right because we've ordered this a couple other times. Well she looked at the receipt and we were upcharged all 4 meals to the large size and instead of my meal coming with an onion ring, they charged me $5 for a large one of those too. I WAS NEVER EVEN ASKED WHAT SIZE I WANTED OR IF I WANTED TO UPGRADE TO LARGES. I FEEL SCAMMED! Not to mention THE FOOD! It was ALL INCORRECT and the fries and onion rings were terribly UNDERCOOKED, SOGGY and COLD! Our whopper sandwiches weren't even warm and I live under 5 minutes away! I called corporate to make a complaint and ask for a refund for the upgrades I didn't authorize and was charged for as well as the charge for the onion ring and was offered coupons and told only that locationcan do refunds. Read moreThis staff is beyond unprofessional. I was trapped in the drive thru for 20 minutes while they waited on only the second entrance. I finally was able to get out and went inside. The service only got worse. I explained how I didn’t get waited on and instead of apologies and service I got sarcasm. Two employees who were apparently relatives were extremely rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic. I am a business owner and have been in customer service for 30 years and have never dealt with anyone rude to this magnitude. The acting supervisor refused to wait on me. She claims I disrespected her. In addition, she called the police on me because she wanted me to leave. I asked her what on earth is she going to tell the police. That I have been there 35 minutes and still haven’t been waited on. This is exactly why you see videos of irate customers jumping over the counter and getting physical. Terrible attitudes of young pepper who feel entitled and don’t respect their elders.
