95 Nutrition - West Seneca — Restaurant in Town of West Seneca

I randomly went into 95 nutrition again after some time trying to figure out meals on my own. I needed something for lunch and I forgot to plan that day. so i drove to 95 on my lunch break because I remembered they make shakes. I purchased a shake and the black n bleu burger. Never did I think I woud FALL IN LOVE. If the black n blew burger were to go away I would cry Crocodile sized tears. That was about 3 weeks ago and from then on I visit about once a week to pick up about 3-4 of that meal a week but have also branched out to the protein pancakes, puppy show, protien cupcakes and other meals when need to break it up a bit. Thankful for place that makes me enjoy eating and eating healthy again and truly in this economy it fits in the bufget without wasting food because it can last in the freezer for 30 days. Been going there for around a year. Every other time I went the staff and food were great. So I highly recommend going! Today at about 1:15 I had my first bad experience with an employee. My wife and I stood there waiting to order a shakes for about 10 minutes while he talked to his 3 friends about partying for the weekend. He Didn't acknowledge me or my wife as we just stood behind them in line waiting. They weren't getting anything or any food. Ended up just leaving without anything. Besides for that absolutely love the place and food. Shakes are great for a postworkout, gotta get the extra protein for $.99. Worth it!

95 nutrition is by far the best place to go if you're looking to lose weight, eat healthy, or if you're just too busy to prepare meals. The meals are absolutely delicious and also filling (they also have a dessert menu which is a huge plus). The menu changes weekly!!!! Which is amazing and never makes it boring. The staff are more than helpful and accommodate your needs. I ordered too many of the same meal and they were nice enough to let me pick some other options that they had in store.
