Everyone was helpful and easy to deal with. I wanted to see about getting a MiniSplit system installed at a second home I own. I was going with this type of system to alleviate the need to install and remove window A/C units each year. I also wanted a backup heating system for winter. Tyler was most helpful in supplying me with information regarding what I would need to have installed. They were able to get me on the schedule relatively quickly to have the new system installed. The technicians, Garrett and Dylan, who came to do the actual work were a pleasure to deal with. Efficient, courteous and friendly, they were able to get the job completed quickly and neatly. They explained things as they went along doing the install and answered any questions that I had regarding the install and the operation of the system. It has been several weeks now since the system was first put into operation and it has functioned better than I had hoped it would. With the current scorching weather we have had recently, the system has been a Godsent, keeping the house comfortable. I have been impressed with how quiet it is while in operation, something my neighbor commented on also. We had furnace and hot water heater replaced in our manufactured home. The sales representative mislead us from the beginning regarding noise from the furnace. We discussed this extensively. I explained I had a friend that had a new furnace installed and the noise was terrible. We could not even talk in her kitchen. He said that should not happen with his product. After installation, the furnace was so loud! It is unacceptable and not what we were led to believe would happen. Also, after the installers left we found half the light in our house did not work, the sliding door was left off tract and could not be opened by one person and the hot water heater’s temperature was set so high is scalded me when I tried to shower. After the first phone call, they returned next day for the lights; the installers forgot to check a breaker. The door problem and water temperature were found after the light problem was fixed. I called again, they could not return until the next day. My husband and I had to take care of the problems because we wanted to shower without 2nd and 3rd degree burns. They should have asked us before setting the water temperature. I’ll pay someone to fix the door. I would not recommend this company and wish I had used another...

They were efficient and professional while installing over 5,000 sq./ft. of in-floor radiant heat that covers 9 heating zones, as well as installing a Unico high velocity air conditioning system for cooling. We also went with Geothermal and had 1800 linear feet of lines installed 6ft. deep. The mechanical room is organized and professionally setup by skilled technicians who take pride in their work. Most importantly they have always been there when needed. Family owned and operated Kris and Jen run a successful business that continues to grow.
