UPDATED REVIEW I should have posted this update sooner, but honestly I had forgotten all about the review I had done. So although we had a smooth buying transaction....that's where things ended. Before the purchase was made and things were signed, my husband inquired about getting a lift on the truck because it was to be a work truck and sat quite low. He wasn't looking to make it super high, simply a few inches. We were told that it wouldn't be an issue as long as it wasn't anything crazy. My husband stated how much he planned to lift - multiple times. We had the truck for about 6 months - regular oil changes done thru Claycomb to make sure everything stayed good with the warranty. Once we decided to get the lift done we went to a certified shop (that's a whole other situation). All the parts, etc were done correctly. After the lift was done my husband was notified by Claycomb that the warranty was void because he out in a lift!! We had the truck for less than a year, did EVERYTHING correctly and they basically said too bad. Turns out it's NOT their warranty like they make it seem. It's bought thru another party. All they needed to do was tell us that any kind of lift would void it and we would have left it alone!

The was possibly the quickest vehicle buying transaction we’ve ever had. We went and looked at a truck on a Saturday. The owner was there and not once did he try to “sell” the truck. He simply told us the details and answered our questions. He was never pushy nor did he hover (those sales people are the most annoying). We called back Monday morning and said we wanted it and drove it home Wednesday afternoon. Everything went so smooth. Good luck getting service after the sale. I bought a 2017 Audi A5 convertible in May. When I test drove the Audi I noticed a small rectangular part under the headlight popped out of place. I was told by Kandi that they would order a new part. Fast forward a month later and I was having my car serviced at Burdick Audi in Syracuse. The windshield washer fluid was leaking and when the service tech was investigating the leak he noticed that the part I spoke about earlier was glued back into place. This part was supposed to be movable because underneath it holds the spray for the headlights. Come to find out the only way to properly replace this part is to replace the whole bumper. I notified Claycomb Auto of this and they stated that they were searching and couldn’t find any bumpers in stock. I called Burdick Audi and they stated they could have a bumper for my car in 3 days. I reached out to Claycomb to make them aware that bumpers are indeed available. Come to find out Claycomb is looking for a used 2017 bumper, stating that they are trying to do what is best for me! This is unacceptable, this issue is still not resolved, windshields washer fluid is still leaking and bumper has not been replaced. Buyer beware! I gave them fair warning that I would be writing a poor review and contacting an attorney over a week ago and I still haven’t heard...

This is the first place through which I have gotten I vehicle of my own, about a year ago today I got a ram at a very good price and I could not be happier with it. I can still remember the entire interaction from the day I purchased it and I can honestly say that claycomb truly embodies excellent customer service. (That coming from a person who manages customer service). My inspection was due this month, and I would have completely forgotten about it, if it wasn’t for them. They called me right up and told me that it was due this month, we talked on the phone for about 5 minutes and not only did he get me in for my inspection, but also my oil change. Through my entire experience at claycomb auto, everyone and I mean everyone has been nothing but accommodating, respectful and kind in ways you genuinely don’t see at many (if any) other auto shops. I can honestly say that if I am in this area for a long time, that these guys have my business for as long as I’m here. If I could give more than 5 stars I honest...
