KEEP REMOVING MY REVIEW AND I'LL JUST RE-POST EVERY TIME!!
DO NOT BUY FROM RAYMOUR!!! THEY GOUGED ME AND SCREWED ME OVER ON $3000 WORTH OF DEFECTIVE FURNITURE. I GOT GOUGED ALMOST $700 FOR A COFFEE TABLE THAT THEY DELIVERED DAMAGED AND THEN REPLACED IT WITH YET ANOTHER BROKEN ONE!! NOT ONLY WAS THE SECOND ONE DEFECTIVE, THERE IS A STICKER RESIDUE ON THE LIFT TOP I CANT GET OFF WITHOUT SCRATCHING THE TABLE CAUSE APPARENTLY THEY THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD SPOT TO PUT A STICKER!! YOU CAN SEE IT IN ONE OF THE PHOTOS I POSTED. UPON THE 3RD DELIVERY THE COMPANY AGAIN NEVER CALLED THE DAY BEFORE WITH A WINDOW AS PROMISED.
THE DRIVERS SHOWED UP AT 8:30 IN THE MORN WHILE I WAS AT A PHYSICAL THERAPY APPT AS I AM TEMPORARILY DISABLED, AND THEY SAID THEY WERENT GOING TO WAIT SO I WAS FORCED TO LEAVE MY APPT AND COME HOME TO MEET THEM OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE TO SCHEDULE A FOURTH DELIVERY!!!!. ALL BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CALL THE CUSTOMER WITH A WINDOW LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO!! TWICE THEY DID THAT TO ME!! ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE SUPERVISOR THEY HAD TO DELIVER AFTER 9 CAUSE I HAD AN APPT!!! WHEN ASKED WHY THEY NEVER CALLED, THE DRIVERS TOLD ME IT "WASNT THEIR JOB" AND WHEN I RESPONDED RUDELY TO IT THEY DIDNT LIKE MY TONE SO THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE REPLACEMENT TABLE THAT I STILL HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON!! THIS IS AFTER I LEFT MY APPT AND RACED HERE TO MEET THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO THINK THEY HAD THE RIGHT TO JUST LEAVE WITHOUT GIVING ME MY TABLE CAUSE THEIR LITTLE BABY MAN FEELINGS GOT HURT!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! THEY ARENT THE OWNERS TO BE MAKING THOSE DECISIONS ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW THE WHOLE SITUATION BEHIND IT AND WHAT I HAD BEEN THROUGH ALREADY!!! DISGUSTING!!!
I SENT THE COMPANY PHOTOS AND VIDEO SHOWING THEM THE DEFECTS IN THE TABLE RIGHT AFTER THEY BROUGHT IT HERE, AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED AT ALL UNTIL I HAD TO CALL THEM A MONTH LATER AND YELL ABOUT THE FACT THAT THE TABLE BROKE LIKE I KNEW IT WOULD!!! THEY SOLD ME A RIPPED COUCH A FEW YEARS BACK AND NEVER CAME BACK OUT AND FIXED IT AND IGNORED ME ON THAT TOO!!! I PAID IT OFF AND JUST LET IT GO CAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO FIGHT WITH THEM. I STUPIDLY GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE!! THEY HAVE DROPPED THE BALL AT EVERY TURN ON THIS AND THE SUPERVISORS ARE USELESS!!! THE DRIVERS SHOULD BE FIRED, ESPECIALLY AFTER MAKING A CUSTOMER LEAVE A DOCTORS APPT WHEN THEY ARE DISABLED!!!!

THEY BROUGHT ME THE TABLES UNCOVERED BOTH TIMES ALSO-NO PADDING OR BOX TO PROTECT IT!!! Read moreI am beyond flabbergasted with my experience with Raymour & Flanigan. I will NEVER purchase anything from there ever. I went in to look at a couch on a day there was a "sale". I spoke with a sales rep and asked them if there was any way I could keep the sales price but possibly purchase the couch a different day. I told him that I was purchasing a new home and would be closing very soon (note: I hadn't closed on the house yet!) I said I was still looking and that I may decide on a different couch elsewhere, however, I figured that if I could get them to lock in that sale price for me it might be worth coming back after making some comparisons elsewhere. The sales rep said yes. They said they would just need to "create an account" for me. I watched him go onto his tablet and go to their website and click "create account". All was well, but then he continued to ask me for more and more information. I continued to give it to him thinking this was how they "created an account" for customers. The sales rep asked if I would be buying the couch on credit IF I purchased the couch. I said "yes. IF I purchase this couch I will buy it on credit". Never ONCE was I told that they would be doing a hard credit check on me nor opening a line of credit. They never once ASKED if that's what I would like to do. Next thing I know he says "Perfect you have been approved by Raymour & Flanigan" and told me I had very good credit. I was totally baffled in how the heck I got myself into that situation and the sales rep was NOT straight forward on his intentions. I almost had a heart attack when he walked me to the back of the store and told me that I now had a pending purchase for $1,700 on a line of credit I NEVER consented to opening. ALSO, I WAS CLOSING ON MY HOUSE THAT WEEK AND THEY RAN A HARD CREDIT CHECK ON ME. They were not apologetic and the sales rep did not seem to understand what he did. He kept say "It's fiiiiiine. It's not like you just bought a car on credit! No problem!". I did not sign anything. I told them I did not want to purchase this couch, however, the damage was done. We told them that we would be calling within the day to cancel the purchase. A week later I received a bill from them in the mail. I had to call AGAIN and explain how disappointed I was. I received no apology in any form. It took another 3 weeks for a letter in the mail to confirm that the purchase was canceled. Then, today, 3 weeks later I get a call from the SALES REP ASKING IF I WANTED TO PURCHASE THE COUCH! It does not appear to me that the managers at the store communicated to this sales rep what he did was wrong. I will never step foot in that store again because I feel as if I was swindled into signing up for a line of credit without my knowledge and received no apology. So, let's start off with saying the quality of the furniture I have gotten is good. That's why they get a 2 star review. Now, the bad. If they do not have what you want in stock, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have been waiting for months for an item I ordered on 2/11. Originally, it was going to be in stock on 3/15, which turned in to 3/22, then 3/29, 4,5, on to 4/11, 4/14 and now it's showing 4/18. I get they are at the mercy of suppliers, but DO NOT TELL ME ITS GOING TO BE HERE ON A CERTAIN DATE and FAIL to deliver. In foolish fashion, I didn't realize at the start they were full of it. Originally due on 3/15, I arranged to have 3/17 off, and things seemed fine, until 3/16 I get an e-mail changing the date. I had already scheduled off a day of overtime, costing me over $600. I called them after about the 3rd or 4th time of getting emails pushing back the date. Very upset at this point, I called them and explained the situation. Their response was "Oh, you should probably not take time off until we call you." Wow! Really!? You think!? So, I guess at this point, I will go somewhere else, buy something else, when this item comes in, I guess they can stick it, just like they have been sticking it to me.
