rude staff. I went to get a replacement coil for the "choice vapor pen" they didn't have the coil for their brand pen. the lady working was showing me others that were nothing like what I wanted. I asked to see a few that were in boxes to see if there was a different coil i could substitute or if i should buy a different vape pen. the lady passed me off to a younger man saying irately "I cant help this customer I'll deal with him(other cust) and you deal with her." He was much nicer that told me they didnt have the right coil (which I knew) and they'd get more in 2 days and he walked away. then the older lady said to the man in a bit@hy voice bobbling her head "I told her that too and she wouldn't listen." I left as soon as she said that and bought nothing (I may have spent 75$ on a diff pen if she was nicer). excuse me for looking at my other choices after driving 30minutes for a coil that was your own brand that you dont have! I will not be going back to that store it was inappropriate and rude she was definitely not much of a salesperson or good at...

Horrible staff! I went there with a friend. Asked the man to see a piece he opened the glass and handed it to me where I handed it to a friend to see. She acted as if she was using it as the man was observing as if waiting for this to happen where he rudely said you have to buy that now. The female manager picked up the phone and said she would call the cops if I don’t buy it. Not like it was in my hands anymore they held on to it. Wouldn’t be stealing she wouldn’t let me leave without paying or cops!! They are that desperate for a sale? Forced to buy something after sale I had to ask them to wrap it and they had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. He could have said something when he handed it to me or when they were watching! I saw a sign on the glass afterwards but your attention is behind the glass! Employees are rude and incapable of handling...

I go in there twice have spent over a grand with them. A friend of mine walked over with me today and we were asked for ID which is fine the first time this was ever done after years of going there. He wasn't purchasing and didn't have his ID and had to leave. I went to make a tobacco purchase and was refused because he walked in with me. Both clearly over 25 we're 32. She said I can't my boss is right here. I said that's funny I see your boss every week and this has never happened once. So I got screwed because out of the 3 to 4 years they decided they want to to there job the right way. And I didn't see the manager ask the people she was for ID...
