Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Whitestown

As soon as we walked in the cashier was rude and gave us additude while taking our order. Then walked away when I told her I wanted bacon and not sausage. They gave us the wrong sandwich and my husband asked for the correct sandwich. Instead of simply fixing the the issue at hand, they ended up charging my husband for another sandwich and refused to give us a refund and never even mentioned a refund all for the sandwhich we didnt want. We just wanted the two correct sandwiches..We tried to hand them back the wrong sandwhich that we shouldn't have got and paid for but they gave it back and just gave us another sandwich instead of giving us the refundon the sandwich that we didntwant or need. We will not be coming back here.. Its sad too because we've been coming to whitesboro burger king for many years and never once delt with so many rude and very unprofessional...

First of all I've been eating at this specific burger king since I was a kid. It has always been my personal favorite but this time the employee looked inside each bag and said what was inside them. Yet I get home and one bag was missing it's burger, and one was missing it's fries, and the third bad every burger was made wrong. I mean if your going to hate your job so much that you'll lie directly to a customer so they believe they have everything they ordered, AND get almost every order wrong why bother working there?! Nice place full of people who are usually always willing to make sure your dining experience is set and well met. The speed of the restaurant is usually from fast, to slow but that depends on the time of day. Lunch would be probably the busiest time of day to go there so expect some delays but overall it will come out in less than ten to 5 minutes. The inside is clean and again the staff are friendly and ask if everything is alright and if you'd like more coffee, sauce, or tea if you decide to get the sweet/unsweetened kind.
