I don't know how this place got such good reviews. I would NEVER go back! Prices are made up! Owner is unprofessional and could care less about customer satisfaction. I had my car window tints done. First I was told 1 price over the phone, I get there he raised the price by $100. I told him I was told a different price and he just said okay. 2 months later my window peeled and I had to bring the car back. He blew up my phone at 8pm to tell me my car was ready. I couldn't go that late so after work the next day I went to get my car and they put the wrong tint on. All the other windows have a 30% tint! Why would they not match my drivers window ?!? They put a different shade on so I had to leave my car there again and had to use the rental for another day. Then the next day I didnt hear back so I called the shop. They told me my car was ready. (Nice of them to call) When I got there I saw a big scratch in the new tint. Apparently the owner doesnt even check the cars before telling the client its ready to be picked up ! I was so aggravated i had to wait 15 minutes for them to redo the tint. It should have been done Thursday it didn't get done until Saturday evening. SO FRUSTRATING! Me planning ahead making an appointment arranging for transportation using a rental car -etc was all affected. It delayed the time before I can use and unroll that window and was overall a HUGE inconvenience. Thankfully the tints are lifetime warranty because within 2 months they got messed up and needed to be redone. And then going back several times to find the job was not done correctly ...plus the guys blatant "I dont care" attitude ...there is not 1 positive thing I can say about this place. He is often not there and needs to be called or if he is there he makes you wait... HORRIBLE experience! I wish I got my tints done somewhere else. Hoping I dont have any other issues so I never have to go back !
He then blows up my phone again calling and texting me because he is mad about my review. And responds as you can see below. This is a professional? I am a nurse. And yes i smoke. My personal choices have nothing to do with the service I received from your business. I called you Monday- the day I rolled my window down and heard the tint curl up. I told you I'd bring it in Thursday to allow the 3 days so that by Monday I'd be able to unroll my window. What day and what reason I choose to bring it in is none of your concern. Throughout thr week by using that window the tint unrolled and bunched up more and more so yes I peeled it off. I also took pictures and kept the tint to show you but you didn't care. Also I am a nurse who wakes up at 4am so to call a customer at 8pm is again unprofessional especially when your shop closes at 6pm. You don't look over the cars before you tell someone it's ready. You should have put me as a priority being I had them done only 2 months ago and already had an issue !
Yes I got the tint across the windshield and paid . When I came to get my car you said was done and saw the wrong tint was put on (which would be obvious to anyone who can SEE) i was upset and asked if there's anything your willing to do for the inconvenience. I ASKED if you could refund me for the windshield tint and you originally said NO. Flat out. It wasnt until after arguing with you that you finally agreed. You even asked if you could refund me 20 that day and the other 10 the next because you didn't have it on you! I mean you must pay people to write these good reviews because even the people I've talked to apparently know better than to come to you. Blasting me through text and then responding saying I need help I'm an addict because I'm a smoker ...? I think you're the one who needs help.    Read moreBUYER BEWARE. This guy Ray is a liar and a thief. I paid him a lot of money to install HIDs in my car, which he said would work. After just five months the lights stop working. (Of course while I'm driving at night) When I return to his shop and ask him for help, he says "I don't work on the cars my technician does and he's in the Poconos, let me call him" but with sarcasim. Obviously, this is not how you run a business and now I'm inconvenienced. In short I paid a visit to the dealer and my mechanic.( which wasn't cheap) Eventually, only the dealer could fix the issue. When I approached Ray with the bill from the dealer he did not accept the fact that the HIDs he installed had caused the problem. He then attempts to replace the HID kit with a new one which did not work either. Remember he doesn't work on the cars, so against better judgment I let him convince me. After getting off the phone which what seemed like a technician, he orders a kit specifically for my car and it would arrive in two days via UPS. And, for the inconvenience he would install interior decorative lights. While at work I allow him to work on my car. When I pick the car up there are no HIDs only interior lights which cost $ 42.00 online. When I asked about the HIDS he acted as if I were crazy and tried to justify the Interior lights with $350.00 HIDs I paid him to install. Now I have no HIDs and this guy wants to get physical with me in front of his place of business. CRAZY. Then he says he wants to take me to court for bulbs I paid for. Which he removed and never replaced. The lord and my wife as my witness this man is a scam and a thief

   Read moreI wanted to get a stereo receiver installed and some LED lights. I saw they had high reviews so I called up and said I have the parts I want them to install. They told me they will not use customer products but said the reciever was fine and they also refused to give me a price until after the work was over. So I return the lights and show up with my receiver. Interestingly enough two separate times they asked me for the lights I bought which I replied and said the guy I spoke to on the phone told me you wouldn't use my products so I returned them. I leave my car for a few hours and when I return they tell me they don't have the rest of the parts they needed to finish the job. The parts they did install were cheap and lower quality then what I had originally purchased myself. At this point I paid the full amount they wanted for a job half done. They tell me I have to come back next week. I get my car and one of my turn signals is completely out. I come back a week later and they tell me they ordered the wrong parts. So I have to come back again next week. I call and they tell me to try a different day because they don't have time. So for almost a month I'm driving with no signal which they wanted to charge me even more to repair. Now I just wanted a refund and after refunding me a small fraction of what I paid he made a point to mention twice in the same conversation that he didn't want to see any bad reviews about them because none of it was their fault in an attempt to absolve themselves from any and all accountability. These guys are crooks spend your money...
