Constant price increases and not a reliable service.
For example, we received a "courtesy" call a few days ago asking if we would like to add to our next delivery in a few days... basicly upselling. We were expecting a delivery today and they canceled the delivery without notice because they were out of stock. They literally called a few days ago confirming the delivery???
After calling to find out the reason they canceled, we would have to place a special order for next week with a more expensive product. (To their credit they removed the delivery fee and gave an extra case because of the incovenience.)
Meanwhile we have to get the products elsewhere until the next delivery.

Read moreSince moving in last year, the deliveries have been inconsistent. Out of the 20 deliveries scheduled, less than half have been delivered on the original date expected. My delivery that was scheduled for 12/16 was pushed back to today, 12/19. I called customer service and was told that the weather was dangerous, it was 40 degrees and slightly raining, I guess their trucks can't handle a little water on the road.
What surprise that I get a message this morning saying it's getting pushed back to 12/21. I'm sure when I call customer service I'll get another generic response with no real context.

They’ve added containers to orders we never made. They’ve changed our order dates on their own to Wednesdays. When we caught it and changed it back they delivered anyway and left the order outside.
