Went to visit a family member this week, words cannot explain how disgusted I was. The place just feels gross when you walk in. They have an empty “Christmas” tree they don’t even decorate anymore for the people living there. Storage boxes in the visiting area that should be in storage. The floor in the room is so dirty that your shoes stick to it so bad that if you’re wearing sandals they will come off. They are serving my family member mushy food when they’re allowed to eat regular food, they have been told multiple times they can give them regular food and still don’t. It’s a problem because my family member won’t eat the mushy stuff so they never eat! It can’t be that difficult to give them the right food. There’s more that I just can’t begin to get into. But the fact that this dump is $20,000 a month is insane to me. I would love for the owners to spend a night or two here and see if they can handle it. No wonder the elderly are depressed and hate being there, I would too if I was...

Avoid this place at all costs. My mother in law was there for 100 days toward the end of her stay she was complaining of terrible pains in her arm they eventually took an x ray and did an ultra sound their diagnosis was arthritis. When she continued to complain she was taken to a doctor outside of the home. She was given another x ray where they found a cancerous lesion in her arm. How did they miss it? Both x rays were taken with in weeks of each other. Aside from that mistake the care was second rate in every department. And once you leave no one in social services will return calls. It was a dump before these people took it over and it is just as bad now. Find another facility I have no idea how they get the high ratings they get unless every other facility in the area is worse...

My Dad was here for rehab with intention to be long term until I saw what the place was like. Absolutely horrible. They have the nerve to charge approximately $18,000 a month. They sit all the residents around the nurses station staring at each other. No activities. My Dad was there 2 weeks and his laundry was not done. When I went to visit he had someone else’s clothes and slippers on. When I went to get him to take him home they did not return any of the clothes or shoes I sent with him and again he was in someone else’s things. The place is filthy and so dated and run down. There are too many horrible things to say about this place. The only positive thing. is the front desk receptionist named Lisa....
