I saw the past negative reviews so I thought I'd go there and see for myself. I'm from California so I've eaten at a million different taco bells since my first visit in 1998.
Here is my honest review/ experience: •Arrived inside at 10:55am •Used the kiosks (as I normally do)... and heavily modified my order as I'm a picky eater. (Modified 3 out of 4 items ordered) •Order placed at 10:59am and there was one person at drive thru placing order. •Received my order at 11:06am.
Checked my order before leaving... order was perfect. All the modifications were correct. Portions were as expected. Food was hot and was not soggy when I ate it at 11:19am at home. My only suggestion would be to always put the Mexican Pizza on top of any other boxes as it tends to smash the box in transport leaving cheese stuck to the top of the box.
My observation on the staff and speed of the order: I can tell immediately that most of the staff looked as if they were new to this business . They looked at the screen very carefully and multiple times (could also be to my heavily modified order). It looked as if the staff was helping each other in training and helping each other out. I see from past reviews people are upset with wait times, but I think once the restaurant has been open a little longer, things will improve. I'd say give this location a chance. I personally thought the food quality was better at this location then the one in Yorktown. Overall the experience was good.
The exterior of the building still shows the windows covered so I assumed it was hadn't grand opened yet.

Read moreBeen to this location about 5 times since it opened. It's closer to me than the other Yorktown location and the prices are cheaper. I don't use the drive-thru but I can see how people would be upset if the order is wrong because it funnels you out to Rte. 202/Crompond Rd. and you can't make a left turn so you'll have to turn around to come back and 202 can get pretty crazy.
The food and service has been great. The restaurant is very clean, and I love ordering from the kiosk, makes substitutions so much easier than when ordering from a person. I pretty much always make a substitution on an item and all of my orders have been correct except for one time where they forgot to add the tomatoes to a cheesy gordita crunch, but that was easily fixed with them giving me a cup of tomatoes. The staff is friendly but I can see how some people have commented on wanting someone at the register, I pretty much always pay in cash and sometimes I have to wait a few minutes for someone to come and take the cash. I don't really care since I have to wait for the food anyway, but I can see how some people might not like standing there waiting to pay.
The food has been really good each time (as good as taco bell can be ha). We've gotten soft/crunchy tacos (they put a lot of meat in them!), bean burrito (my personal favorite, theres no option to get them grilled on the kiosk, but they will if you ask!) cheesy gordita crunch, crunchwrap supreme, and the chicken quesadilla.
Three paragraphs about taco bell might be a bit much, but I've got to say I'm really happy with...
Read more3 strikes and your out! I have been to this taco bell 3 times since they opened up and I have been disappointed each time. They keep getting my order wrong and each time I've had to get out make a right bc the drive thru exit doesn't lend itself to a left turn. I need to go into other business parking lots just to make a left turn to get back into the taco bell parking lot and go inside to let them know they have messed up my order! I have never gotten an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". Aside from this day i go in today and the chicken chalupas I ordered had 3 small pieces of chicken, tons of lettuce, a few tomatoes and to add injury to insult the chalupa shells were hard and stale and the food was cold! Mind you the line was long and they announced when you got to the speaker that they were out of drinks and all they had to offer was unsweetened tea or tap water. So now you have 2 choices either you take what they have or you sit real still and wait bc now you have to wait till all the cars ahead of you are done getting their orders before you can leave since there is no other way out but forward! The guy at the window looked done and could've cared less about the clients who waited a long time to be taken cared of. I don't know what the problem is, if it's poor management or they rushed to get this taco bell opened before they did any trainings or stocked up on the things they needed to open up,...
