I have long been a customer of Dianne's, and up until recently had nothing but good experiences. Unfortunately, the last time I went in, the ladies that were there were very dismissive and acted like I was an inconvenience. I placed my order for two bras, and was told I would be notified when they came in. Three weeks later, after hearing nothing, I went in and asked about my order. She "didn't have time" to look into it then, but took my name and number with a promise to find out what was going on with my order and call me back. It has been three weeks since then, and I have still heard nothing. Fortunately, I found several websites with bras in the brand, style, and size I need. I am cancelling my order with Dianne's and will do my shopping online in the future. Horrible experience here. I walked in with my husband to look at bras, swim wear and nightie, we had a rough week and of course looked the part. As soon as the cashier clocked us she decided it was best that the prices were to high and recommended that I look at their discount rack that there I would find more my price. So instead of me being me and running off at the mouth my husband touched my arm and said let's leave. You should NEVER judge a customer by their looks !!!! Shame on you and good...
