Randy's Pawn Shop — Local services in Trenton

We just moved to the Chattanooga area and there was no way I was going to move my Liberty safe from Memphis! Randy's Pawn Shop is one of only two in the region that is listed as an official dealer for Liberty and for me there is no other brand of safe! I stopped by on my way out of town and was greeted by one of the owners, Coleen. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about the product lines. She was not pushy and listened to what I had and what my goals were. Once I decided on the line and model she walked me through the financing process (12mos no interest = free money!). The entire purchasing process was outstanding and they have whatever you need in the way of safes, and all the accessories that go along with them! Their pricing is outstanding too, btw!

My safe was delivered while I was out of town by Chris and his wife Devon. Chris called me on his way to my home and we reviewed where it was going to be placed (I had actually provided a diagram to make the discussion easy) and he was also super friendly. My wife Face Timed me while they were unloading and placing it and Chris was talking to us both the entire time, explaining what they were doing and assuring us everything would be just as we wanted it. He spent a great deal of time explaining the features and showing us how to adjust it if necessary later. Both he and his wife were consummate professionals and treated out home like it was their own!

Yes, I did shop around before going here and noticed the price was a little higher. So, I was curious why. I found that Randy's Pawn shop safes are higher quality brands than what the competitor has, hands down. So when you buy from Randy's Pawn Shop, you are actually paying for a higher quality safe, for a little more than what competitors charge for inferior products.

This is also a family owned business, not a box chain. Which i personally like to support local and family businesses. Randy's mom Rita was my sales woman she was great. The showroom is huge with lots of choices to see and touch. If you like to touch, feel, and see things before buying Randy's, it has the largest selection I have seen in the Eastcoast.

I also needed the safe delivered on a specific date, and they made it happen for me. Randy's had to ask a former delivery delivery to make it happen, but it got done.

Shane delivered the safe to its location, letting me know his estimated arrival time. Keeping me updated from the store.

I was intrigued by the dolly. Shane used that, actually, was mechanical that climbs stairs. So, those long flights of stairs are a breeze for the delivery.

Shane made sure not to scratch floors and not hit corners, too, like a precision tool.

Would I recommend this business? Absolutely Will I return for more purchases in the future ? Absolutely

I bought a Liberty Safe through the Liberty website not only because I knew I'd be getting a great safe, but also for the fact that I would be dealing with Randy's Pawn Shop for the customer service side of things and delivery. I had heard by word-of-mouth they were professional, easy to work with and knew their business when it comes to safes and safe delivery. They didn't disappoint. Soon after I made the online order, they called to confirm the order and offer a safe that was readily available, same specs but different color. I declined and then we starting making plans for delivery of my custom safe despite it being likely months away (as Liberty safes are generally made to order). When it was time for delivery, it was promptly scheduled and delivered within a couple of days. The delivery folks were great! A husband and wife team that worked great together, were very personable, mindful, humble, patient, kind and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
