Taco Bell — Restaurant in Trenton

On 2/12/24 I went through the drive through about 7:15-7:30. I had an order on the app. I get my food I check the food before pulling off. Completely wrong order. I park I go in. The big white dude with tattoos on his face asked the sweet girl “ can you take car of that please “ with a horrid attitude. She asked what happened I told her I had the wrong order. She pulled it up printed it out and told the guy with the tattoos and the short white dude kinda bald. The dude with the tattoos throw food on the ground out of anger and the short one starts cussing about it. Another male came up to me asking if I was taken care of and I said yes. He apologized for the others actions. A little old lady came in and she had gotten my order. I had gotten hers. She took hers. The whole time the two dudes on the line yelling and cussing. The little girl at the window looked terrified. There was absolutely no reason for them to act like that especially in front of customers. It was a simple mistake and even then the order didn’t come out correct. Quite frankly no one should go there if you have aggressive people working the line and could be a hostile work environment for other co workers. I would like to speak to someone higher up and there cameras PULLED TO PROOVE WHAT HAPPENED TONIGHT. Completely unacceptable...

Awful service, unprofessional and unclean crews, botched orders, cold food. They WILL mess up your order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I live within walking distance of this place, and I drive at least 16 miles to go to other Taco Bell restaurants. I have heard that they take their anger out on customers (ever seen Waiting?) especially near closing time. I know other locals who enjoy Taco Bell and wouldn't eat here either, especially those who have worked here. TOURISTS, be forewarned that loKKKals are not fond of outsiders, the police are quite fond of out of state tourists and extortion, since most residents here are below the poverty line. There are food taxes, restaurant taxes, and take out taxes. Fast food costs 15-19% more here than anywhere else. Trenton is a dangerous town, do you and your family a favor, especially if you have specific order requests, KEEP DRIVING. Ft. Payne, Jasper, and Chattanooga are worth the drive. P.S. The only five star reviews here are from people who got free food for knowing the staff, or employees of this restaurant. These reviews have been reported by me as conflicts of interest. Considering writing a stern letter to corporate. This place would be shut down anywhere else on earth but...

Driving from Chattanooga to Fort Payne, I decided to get some drive thru at this Taco Bell on 11/22/22 around 1:50pm est. I ordered a Beefy 5 Layer burrito (no sour cream) and an Enchurito. When I pulled up to the window, I handed my card to the employee, only for him to THROW the bag of food at me followed by my card. If I didn't have to be somewhere at the time I would have went in to have a short chat with the MIC. While on the road I take a bite of the burrito & noticed SOUR CREAM, disgusted I put it back in the back until I arrived at my destination. One there I toss the sour creamed burrito in the trash, at least I had the Enchurito... with no plastic ware & there definitely wasn't any where I was at, upset looking in the bag, I noticed there was no receipt!!! So instead of TelltheBell, I telling social media, Do NOT waste your money at this location. I paid for food that I was able to eat & had received some of the worst customer service I've ever...
