Boy oh boy were they wonderful.They listened to my likes and dislikes and I found out they even rented some things like large peace lilies, they delivered, they made some silks for me and in the end they can even rent tents, tables , chairs etc. Don't assume anything cause if you have a ??? Just ask. They can probably accommodate you. They were so good I gave them a $50 tip. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. However the other Florist in Trenton Forever Flowers. I had stopped there first and felt like I was picking something just for the sake of picking something when really what they had there didn't strike me as what I wanted. so I went ahead and talked with them put in another $856 order. Even when I left I still felt like I didn't have what I wanted for my husband's celebration of life service as I rounded the corner onto 129 and stopped at Trenton floral I walked in and it immediately struck me that I had definitely gone to the wrong place period so when I placed a similar order for a lot less money and a lot more things like 30 dish gardens and and rented flowers and some silks and a bust of a black horse head with silks all around it I knew I was in the right place period once I place that order the first thing I did was call the other place to tell them that I wanted to cancel the order well let me put it to you this way they were not professional about it at all in fact by the time that they gave me the rigmarole and all this about putting it back for a credit the older lady in there which there was only two ladies and two dogs in there the whole time I was in there asked me never to come to their shop and waste two hours of their time again if I wasn't going to buy anything. I know I'll never be back I don't care if there's a florist in another city that I have to drive to. That was the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard in a long time from a business owner who needs the business during coronavirus. I wouldn't be surprised if she got shut down permanently from lack of business. Now mind you that was all done in less than a couple of hours it's not like I waited three business days to cancel and tell her I didn't want it. Anyway can't say enough good about Trenton floral between their silks and their regular plants I was able to get 10 times more for less money at Trenton floral then I did at forever florist or whatever on Cr 26. Today is my Mother's birthday and my sister and I ordered a specialty birthday cake shaped bouquet through TELEFLORA.com when my mom sent the photo of the bouquet that was delivered it looked nothing like what I ordered.I immediately called Teleflora.com and the Florist that had delivered the order and explained that the bouquet that was delivered was not what I ordered. He said he advised TELEFLORA earlier in the day that I could not receive the order I requested due to the lack of stock of flowers and they were waiting on the truck to come this afternoon. I said I was never told by Teleflora and I live in NJ and my mom is in Florida and its now the end of the day and had it been any other day the bouquet presented would have been fine, BUT it is my moms birthday and it was very costly. The bouquets are clearly two different items and though the first bouquet is nice it isn't what I ordered. What I want to say here is GEORGE and MARTY are owners of this Flower shop and they both tried to make it right. I asked them to make my mom the correct Birthday cake bouquet and I paid for another bouquet. I worked on getting a refund from TELEFLORA in the mean time. IT was around 4pm and they were getting ready to close. These men stayed open on a Friday to make my moms special bouquet and even Delivered it to her on their way home. talk about great customer service! I ordered on a Friday for delivery on Saturday. The flowers were for a special occasion for my sister who was visiting some friends in Trenton. After I placed the order online, I received a call from the florist saying that they didn’t have the flowers for the arrangement I chose, but that she could still make a beautiful arrangement. I told the florist that I trusted her judgement and to just make it feminine and pretty. My sister sent me a photo and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. My sister loved it and was so surprised. I so appreciate the florist’s willingness to help me coordinate an out of town delivery and her patience through my multiple phone calls!
