A Culinary Delight at off the beat
From the moment I walked into off the beat, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The decor is both elegant and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a casual gathering with friends.
The menu offers a delightful variety of dishes, showcasing both classic and innovative options. I started with the garlic knots which was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. For the main course, I opted for the pepperoni pizza, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality.
The service was impeccable; our server was attentive without being intrusive, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our glasses were never empty. The staff clearly takes pride in their work, which added to the overall Off The Beet exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I canāt wait to return and explore more of their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went and ate at Off The Beet the other day and had a wonderful experience. I had the Mediterranean Chicken Pasta - the roasted veggies were perfect, the noodles were light and delicious - - handmade in house š, and the chicken was flavorful and juicy. My one year old wouldn't stop eating the chicken, we also tried the Moroccan Marinated Chicken, I'm not sure I've seen a little one eat so much chicken! It was just as scrumptious as the chicken in the Mediterranean Chicken Pasta. My four year old devoured the Pepperina pizza (which of course I had to try). After eating my pasta and two slices of pizza when we left I didn't feel carb overloaded. The pasta and pizza are very light so I didn't feel like I needed a 2 hour nap. We met one of the owners (I believe her name is Rachel) and you can see the passion in what she does, focusing on making delicious food, quality over quantity which lately I feel is a rarity. We cannot wait to go back and try more of their menu and help support this local...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI havenāt tried everything at this restaurant, but I suspect that I will. Living in rural Gilchrist County you get used to having to go to Gainesville for most dining needs, but I would drive from Gainesville to downtown Trenton for another one of those buffalo chicken sandwiches when I got it. I wondered if it was overdone because the edges were so crunchy, but it was not in fact they somehow many, get the edges, perfectly crunchy and the inside moist and flavorful if I knew how to do that I would open my own restaurant . My girlfriend was kind enough to share a small piece of her Moroccan Flatbread pizza and though Iāve never been to Morocco, I can tell you with great authority that chicken definitely reminded me of something I ate in a souk so Iām in southwest Asia. So youāre in Gainesville would recommend 30 minute drive and if youāre anywhere in the county and you havenāt made the 15 or 20 minute jump over to Trenton, youāre...
