American Grace Cafe — Restaurant in Trenton

I just had the worst experience. Not only did I wait almost 15 minutes for 2 donuts and a pastry, everyone that came behind me got their food ahead of me, I had to ask for my food and then when I get in my car and drive away realized I didn't even get the 2 donuts that I paid for. It's just extremely frustrating when I paid almost $20 for 3 pastries and a small coffee. It's disappointing because I had such high hopes for this place. It is absolutely adorable inside, but the service was not great at all. They did make sure they helped the cop before me, though ugh ( insert sarcasm)

Wow!!!! And then instead of replying and saying I'm so sorry we messed up you straight up.lie and say you called out my order multiple times! That's complete BS & you and all your co workers know that! Instood right there at that counter & heard EVERYONES ORDER be called out! Wait! I guess you also gave me my exact order too? I must be wrong about that as well. Clearly, the customer service here is trash....wow! You would think the business would simply apologize & ask how they can make it right?! But, nope....not you guys. Don't worry, I won't ever come back and after the reply won't have anything nice to say ab the business. How gross! Guess businesses just don't treat their customers like they used to. And as far as the cop....he had a whole cooked bacon egg and cheese bagel & got his order before Me. I had 3 damn pastries THAT WERE ALREADY MADE!!!!! MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE....actually. no, don't. What a joke. Good luck in the future. Hope you don't treat other...

Very friendly very clean the over all experience was not a vibe they need and should add better decor and ambiance it took about 20 minutes to get a sandwich with no other people in there at the time and the sandwich was hard! my coffee was the best experience thanks guys you might to rethink the concept I'm so confused 3 baby cactus is what I looked at while I waited besides the lady mopping the floor thanks for helping me out the door so I wouldn't fall on your wet floor I just didn't get your mission are your purpose besides the coffee how do you tie yourself to community how do you make people want to come back because I don't see it , everyone was very nice one more thing you should get rid of the Dead flowers by your showcase not very appealing being that you showcase is very empty and not much to look at 90% of sales is based on site I didn't see or smell any fresh...

A friend recommended AGC when they were in Bell, FL. For those of you who drink decaf, you know how hard it is to find a decaf that doesn't taste fake. Well it finally happened...a perfect decaf! I couldn't believe my taste buds so much that I kept asking them if it was really decaf!

Also, the staff was so friendly and I felt right at home with their faith-based books and decor. I even joined a Bible study event that they were holding every week. I am so grateful that they aren't like those stereotypical corporate drive-through chains.

Their new location in Trenton, FL has all of the above still but now it's larger. Plus, they have baked goodies and sandwiches...you can taste the love that goes into them.
