Horrible, horrible.. Had a battery put in a good watch by this man a few months ago before COVID-19. I had noticed that the luninous part of the hand was no longer in the hand of the watch, so I went back to ask if it could have happened on the battery replacement?. On mentioning this to the owner he turned particularly nasty and stated he did not like my incinuation? Stange it should be missing after the battery install? He was extemely rude and defensive? He returned my watch abruptly then ushered me out of the premises without as much as a word and slammed the door behind me! Needless to say I will not be returning....

This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! I was in need of a chain to be fixed. He treated me very very rudely after fixing my necklace. It took him 2 minutes to fix it. I was very happy and asked him what I owed him and he said, “just get out of my store”. DO NOT go alone to this store and be around this angry old man. I am a 74 yr old women. I stepped into the area where he was examining my jewelry to tell him I didn’t want a new chain, just the link fixed and he said, “Step out of my work space”. I needed my ring sized but it wasn’t a normal even size. Bill custom fits while you wait. It was an amazing experience. Most places had told me drop it off and they could have it back to me in a week. Problem was 10 was little too small and 10.5 a little too big that’s what I loved about their method he custom fit it and didn’t take long at all.
