Lived here for 1 year 2023-2024.
I could not be more ecstatic to leave this place, if you want to pay 3-6k a month for “luxury” that never has its amenities in working order, paper thin walls to the point that you can hear regular conversations incredibly clear, has trash rooms that are constantly over flowing with garbage, cockroaches, people who smoke where ever they want, broken gym equipment for OVER 6 months, no heat for the majority of the building so it’s freezing in the halls, and people don’t pick up dog poop? then this is the place for you.
Every trash room was CONSTANTLY over filled and people wouldn’t put their trash down the chute. Managements solution? A sign on the door that said $100 fine, but did they enforce it? Did they install cameras? No. It was up to you, the resident to report them if you saw it. Didn’t matter that it caused roaches.
The fire pits around the property were constantly out of order and wouldn’t light.
The common room, had a pool table with the absolute cheapest cues possible that had the tips missing the entire time I lived there.
The dart board lasted a whole 3 days before all the tips were broken.
Finally 4 months later they put in a dart board with metal tips but was rapidly declining.
Foosball constantly missing balls.
The gym had 1 universal pulley machine that had the wires snapped and tied back together as if it wasn’t high tension steel wire for heavy loads, and it wasn’t even anchored into the floor so it would also tip if doing TRX.
The package delivery boxes were used like 50% of the time.
People constantly smoked cigarettes on their balcony and threw their butts on the ground even though it was a no smoking community and had trashes around the property.
There are very few available business rooms to use, and there are frequently 1 or 2 residents who camp out and take it over for weeks or months at a time.
There was a pile of broken glass in the garage the entire time we lived there despite mentioning it multiple times to management.
There was only 1 maintenance guy who was professional.
One of them, partied with residents, would smoke weed with them, and during 4th of July him and his buddies were literally peeling out driving drunk in the garage while families were all going home from watching the show.
The highway noise if you live on the east side is ridiculous.
The only positive is the food in the area is amazing and we met some great residents who all felt the same disdain for this place and management.
After Blue22 closed, I knew I had to get out, they were the only thing worth...
Read moreIf i could choose zero 0 I would. The wifi with Spectrum has been horrible since I moved to Bevan in 2023. Even my neighbors complain about the bad service and signal. I have placed many trouble calls and informed managent of the ongoing concerns and also needing a whole building upgrade to a larger circuit throughout and boost the switches. I work from home and get horrible wifi services. Lagging wifi, cannot load pages, dropped calls,.robotic sounds, missed or cannot send text messages. The facility does not receive cell service inside, so you have to use wifi calling. Never ends with the problems and never gets corrected. Charging for bad services is not good business. It could be that corner area but it has never been fixed or corrected properly.
Update Oct 3, 2025: i put in more trouble tickets with Bevan and they closed them stating they contacted Spectrum but they are being ignored and the techs are coming on-site but really not trouble shooting and fixing much, creating sime distrust and conti ied complaints about Spectrum services and wifi signals. I am still having lagging service and long populate of webpages and emails. Missed calls and texts. All residents continue to pay monthly for lacking services. Bad business.
Also. I had a water leak.from a leak from above apartment, and they closed the service ticket promising to come in within two days after the sheetrock dried. Now 4 days later... no repairs done.
My upstairs neighbor loves to ensure i know they are home with loud elephant foot steps and constant pacing around their apartment.
So closing open tickets before work is done, completed or corrected leaves forgettable service and uncorrected problems.
In addition... the garage access gates are constantly down for weeks .
Rent is already very high and paying for something where you do not receive the benefits or maintenance services. Also the gym TVs never work or always have problems.
I do love the location so walking to restaurants and other amenities outside of the Bevan is very appealing and convienant. Also the ability to have golf carts and use of a...
Read moreI had the pleasure of living at The Bevan Apartments from December 2023 to December 2024 after relocating from the east coast, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during my transition. The location is simply fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining. The amenities offered are top-notch, making everyday living not just comfortable but truly enjoyable.
What truly set my experience apart, however, was the exceptional management team. Ebony and Tanner, who run the management office, went above and beyond to ensure my transition was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I moved in, they were always available to answer any questions I had, address any concerns, or even just share a friendly "good morning." Their welcoming demeanor made a significant difference in how I settled into my new home.
Walking into the leasing area and being greeted with genuine smiles was a highlight of my day. It's clear that Ebony and Tanner are dedicated to their residents, and I believe they truly deserve recognition for their hard work and commitment. They should be the role models for any leasing company, demonstrating what exceptional customer service looks like. I wholeheartedly recommend The Bevan Apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful community...
