I called to make an appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. The appointment was for 6:30 and I showed up at 6:20. I picked out my color and sat there waiting, the woman at the front desk was friendly and offered me a drink. She told me the nail tech would be a few minutes, I said that was fine… a few minutes turned into 40 as I sat there and watched an entire episode of a show pass on HGTV playing in the background.
When the nail tech finally got over to me, he didn’t ask what service I wanted (a fill) and just used something called “solar acrylic” instead of regular acrylic… solar is significantly more expensive.
Up until this point everything was fine… but because the nail salon closed at 7:30 he rushed through to get it done and he did… in about 20 mins. Again, fine. But upon leaving I saw how sloppy the edges were, so much so that I filed them myself when I got back to my hotel but up against the nail beds looks terrible and is causing the nails to lift already.
I literally had these nails done less than 24 hours ago and my middle finger nail popped off already…
Because of this I would not recommend. It took 30+ minutes to get service after I showed up early for my appointment… not late, shotty work, no communication about the up charge for “solar nails” and a nail came off the next day. ...
Read moreI wanted to try a different place and I took the time to call this one and the guy on the phone said yes he has someone that could work with my natural nails and told me to go in. I drove there immediately and as I got in there was a black female in front of me on her phone and the front desk person was waiting on her to hang up the phone. That front desk person directed her eyes at me and I thought she was asking me what I needed and I said I have an appointment. She asked what my name was and I thought she was going to take care of the other person in front of me and get back to me. She just sent me to pick a color. The front desk has a serious and unfriendly attitude. No please or thanks or a smile.
That female on the phone looked annoyed and had an attitude with me like I skipped her when I thought I was just answering a question.... then the nail tech. My nail tech was pulling my hands and was very hard on my nails and was so sloppy in purpose that the stuff she was removing from my nails was flying everywhere on my shirt and hair. Today my nails hurt. First impressions matter and that front desk employee should be doing another job that suits her attitude. Very poor customer service...

Visit one, they kept pulling technicians off of me and switching them to someone else and then my big toe was cut badly during my pedicure and my cuticle was covered in blood as I left. Once it was healed and time for new dip I went back again for dip and a polish change. Again, they started me with a technician and then Switched half way because a regular came in. Third time, my girlfriends wanted to go for Mother's Day, I got a pedicure and my dip changed again. Everything was great until I went to pay and they charged me $5 for shaping of my nails. I don't get anything fancy or long, I get my nails short and round. I was so annoyed. The lady at the front just told me our regulars just know it's a $5 fee for anything except square. I'm sorry but that is just filing!
