I have been here a month. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The office staff is awesome they are always willing to answer a question. My dog is getting used to it. As you can see by my first review I liked it here. However after I moved out on the 31st of March 2021 they charged me for pet damage. Totally unfair as my dog is completely house broken and was never left alone for more than a few hours. At the end of the freeze in Feb. the hotwater heater pipe burst and soaked the entire living room. They removed the padding and I was left with wet carpet that I was told would be shampooed. It wasn't and I lived with the unpadded soured carpet for a month with no complaints because I knew I was moving. They charged me for two years of the carpet life yet unused because they said it smelled like pet. I told them that was soured carpet because of flooding in the living room. Nothing I can due because they are sticking to their guns. I wasn't even able to sit in my living room for the last month.

I guess this is the way they get out of paying for the damage caused by the freeze. It is shameful that they would treat a tenant this way when my rent was always paid on time even through the pandemic. They were lucky to have a tenant that normally never complained.

They don't in force the leash rule or the picking up after your pet rule. They want you to think so. But instead just placing a few signs on the front side facing 114 hwy. They should put them all over the complex and have someone patrol because it was always like walking through a mine field.

Please think twice about renting from them because they will get...

This place is absolutely AWFUL. This place was built in like the 1960's and it feels like we are stuck in the 1960's. My neighbor is a skinny little thing and I can hear every. single. step. she makes. The utilities are high because this place is so old. The lighting has a short because bulbs last about a week before going out but they won't do anything about it. Come visit and see how dilapidated the grounds are and how photoshopped the photos of the property are. The pipes are also old so they get clogged easily, the maintenance guys give you attitude for no reason and our back porch has completely collapsed TWICE. One of those times the water heater above ours was apparently leaking into our storage closet and we were told that we should have noticed sooner..! Everything in our storage closet was ruined due to water damage and BLACK MOLD. And then we were given attitude by the maintenance guy and were told that we would have to clean up the wet, BLACK MOLD covered contents of what was in our storage. This place is a joke. The pool is tiny and there are literally ZERO other amenities. The second "bedroom" is 10feet x 10feet..barely enough room for a bed- they can only legally call it a second bedroom because it also has a tiny closet attached.Oh and recently after working a 12 hour night shift I was woken up at 9AM by all of the fire alarms going off..fire department comes because they wouldn't go off after 15mins and they look at the smoke detectors..ALL of them were expired! I seriously can not wait to move, we actually hate this place so much that we will be paying to break our lease just so...

This complex is SERIOUSLY the best. At other complexes, I have dealt with nightmare neighbors, nightmare management, nightmare maintenance— that is absolutely NOT the case here. I feel safer here than any other complex— not only because of the kind neighbors, but I also have a security system that guests always “oooh”s at when I have visitors. Works perfectly!

The office staff is very kind and helpful, Erika helped me sign my lease and was great throughout the entire process! Most times if I call the office, Lori answers and is always just as sweet and helpful. She even gave me an update as to when maintenance would come by today because I work from home!

I have to brag on maintenance too— Isidro is the most common one who helps me out and is seriously one of the nicest men I’ve ever met. He always has a smile on his face and is so quick to come out to handle any requests you have, as well as efficient in handling the requests!

Neighbors are so so kind, considerate, and most of all quiet which is a huge deal to me. I’ve even gone out to grab my mail a couple times we and someone leaving for work will yell good morning from across the road, how nice is that?
