I've been struggling with stenosis in my neck, impacting my shoulders and arms for several months. I was recommended to this facility by my orthopedic doc, and could not have been more pleased. My pain level has gone to where I'm rarely needing any meds and the strength has built up to hopefully keep things from regressing.
All of the people there are first-rate, but I would also like to really compliment Kayley Cowin. She really questions a patient's lifestyle and needs, and then really listens to the answers. And then, she thinks. While I went in for the shoulders, she learned about some of my lower back issues from having to help with an invalid mother-in-law's movement. She added exercises to strengthen my lower back, and the difference in both my comfort and ability to assist my MIL, are very noticable.
I cannot recommend PT enough for people struggling with chronic pain, at least as a way to mitigate it to some degree. And, for a facility and technicians, Therapy Partners has been a great benefit to our family's...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreāMission Accomplished!ā When you are having pain and itās difficult to function in your everyday tasks, itās frustrating. Mathew one of the many awesome PTās at this office was able to listen to my concerns and correctly identify what was hurting me. It was rigorous and took a lot of time and patience to get healed. We stuck with it and I feel so much better. I like the feel of the office. Light hearted, smiles surrounding the office, decent movies and music. As a veteran they accepted my insurance making this therapy possible for me. The team there showed genuine interest in me as an individual by learning about my life, work, and personal interests to include my different colored shoes and times with and without a beard. Iāll be honest in that I kinda miss going, however Iām glad I graduated and earned my tshirt. I appreciate all those who helped, even A-A-Ron. They do care and I would recommend them to close family...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEveryone at the Trophy Club office was great, from Grace at the front desk to Kayley, my primary therapist, to the rest of the PTs and assistants. Kayley understood my goal and desired timeframe for rehab after knee replacement surgery and precisely determined the best level of intensity pushing me just hard enough without danger of injury or setback. She routinely asked for feedback on each session and modified the exercises to address any issues or problems. She was kind, caring, professional, and skilled. The only criticism I have is that besides Kayley nobody introduced themselves or explained their role when they became involved in my care. I presume the were PT assistants but Iām just guessing and I could not name any of them. An introduction or name tags with credentials would have been...
